Hampton Inn & Suites Wilder

Rooms were bigger than expected. Family of five in a 2 bed queen suite. Had a large pull out sofa that was very comfortable. Everything was clean, the staff were very friendly and ready to help in any way to make our stay comfortable. The pool was nice and always clean with plenty of towels, even late in the evening.

Firstly, no hot tub/whirlpool, which is upsetting because it was one of the reasons I wanted to stay at this slightly pricier hotel. Breakfast did not have much of a variety like other Hampton Inns, but at least it was hot and available. But definitely need to update booking details about whirlpool and some rooms that have a pull out sofa and others do not, but the price is the same..

The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great!! All staff was very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool!!

The vent in the bathroom didn’t work when the light was turned on so the bathroom got very steamy after showering/bathing. Also, a little mold growing around the bottom of the handicap handle in the shower. (I did tell the lady at the desk and she seemed concerned and would get it taken care of) Also, had to travel to other towns to eat, shop, etc.

This was a very nice hotel. I believe they had the quickest check in I had ever had, the room was spacious( for some reason they gave us a handicap room so this is probably why), breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed the pool to ourselves but unfortunately the whirlpool wasn't working so overall a great stay!

The location! It was literally in the middle of nowhere! A day later we drove several blocks down to find a couple of gas stations and restaurants but around the hotel was nothing!

Everything was great at the hotel,great staff,clean,great breakfast,short distance to the Cincinnati Zoo but difficult getting thru the traffic n congestion in Cincinnati but was worth the trip n hotel was top notch

Breakfast had a nice variety. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. It was Spring Break so the pool was very important for the kids. They spent a lot of time swimming, while I watched conveniently from the courtyard.

There is nothing to walk to at this location, but it is an easy drive to Newport, Cincinnati and Shopping.

The room and location was nice the only issue we had was the room door was left open after it was partially cleaned. When we entered the room we noticed a small piece of fruit on the floor and the tv stand wasn’t dusted. We also ran out of toilet paper there was not an extra roll in the bathroom. Besides those VERY minor things the hotel was nice we will come back

the only thing that sucked , we was on the 3rd floor and the floor above us you could hear all the stomping and yelling through the floor at midnight , I guess they had kids up there, for a minute I thought they was gonna fall through the floor.

Staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were nice and clean. Good wifi.

Smoke alarm went off when we took a shower. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms. But, the staff gave us a upgrade to a king suite, so we were satisfied.

we checked in at 5 p.m. and our rooms were not ready; but the desk person explained they were short-handed and asked us to sit in the lobby; the wait was not that bad --we had brought some snacks to pacify the kids until we could go up to our rooms :)

Room and hotel very clean.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was terrible. Large group of us stayed here. Would have been nice after the concert if we could have came back and continued to visit out in the courtyard. For a weekend, it needs to stay open later. We ended up sitting outside on the sidewalk.
