The room size was great as was being on the first floor with sliders to take our dogs out to the bathroom.

The hotel is in serious need of a renovation. Looks like nothing has been updated in the bathroom since it was built. All of this would have been fine except for the price. It was a very expensive price for the condition of the rooms.

Jasmin was the best ever. She went out of her way multiple times to ensure our comfort in the hotel and was truly very polite and thoughtful and made our stay considerably better. She deserves a raise.

We were expecting an operating pool.

This hotel was Clean, Convenient, had Personable and Effective Staff, was Economical, Quiet and did I say Clean. The convenient location allowed us to do everything we needed to do quickly and easily. Large parking lot and generous pet walking area were both a nice bonus.

The elevator was confusing because older parts of the facility did not align with the floors in the newer part.

Front desk staff was exceptional warm and welcoming, especially the evening staff. Was surprised by the size of the room..it was huge. Also, shower pressure and water temp were perfect. When we were sleeping, we never heard a peep from our neighbors

Perhaps a bit more selection for breakfast. A few more cereal options and perhaps bananas.

Pleasantly surprised! I lived in the area for years and always thought this hotel was a dump. The outside isn't glamorous, however I stayed here on a visit home and was shocked. The inside is clean, room was large, bed was amazingly comfortable, breakfast options were good and staff is very nice. Don't overlook this hotel

Breakfast was very good - plenty of choices.

Carpet and walls in the room needed attention. Numerous stains on the rug and walls were in need of paint or cleaning.

Although the hotel room was a smoke free room, once we got off the elevator on our floor there was musty/cigarette smell in the hallway the same musty/smoke smell was also inside the hotel room.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a good sized fridge and a microwave

The furnishings in the room were old and needed replacement. The breakfast selection was very limited. Both the juice dispenser and pancake machine were broken.

I was very worried as there were several.poor reviews. Check-in person was very pleasant. Lobby very clean. We were in the main hotel on the 5th floor and was all very clean and in great condition. I would stay here again.

The front office made a clerical mistake and they fixed it. It was an innocent mistake and they fixed it beyond expectations.

Not the cleanest but manageable
