Holiday Inn Express Roslyn, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was really good. The kitchenette where it was served was well maintained.

We were in room 312...the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, an electric outlet next to the bed came off when I was blow drying my hair, and the wall paper next to the bed was bubbling and didn't look good at all. Someone could come into that room and spend 1 hour or less on touch ups and I would have given a much higher rating. Our room was SO small, nothing you can do about that. Fine for 1 person, but my husband and I kept bumping into each other. Not much you can do about that, LOL!

Room was very clean. Breakfast simple but satisfying. Staff very courteous, friendly, helpful.

The pass keys did not work well. Had to tap more than 10 times all different ways, no real instruction on key jacket or doors. Had keys changed. It worked with help of staff, then struggled again later. Also parking tight. The first driveway has no signs. The main one way driveway works OK.

Great front desk staff. We were originally sent to a room that was not the configuration we requested on Booking. But the staff quickly fixed that. Comfortable, quiet room with great pillows! Very convenient for the weekend activities we had planned.

A bit pricey for this type of accomodation. I would expect a lower price for this particular area. Not exactly a hot spot destination. There were comparable rooms 3-4 miles away for a lot less money.

The hotel was very convenient and the room was clean. We had a nice breakfast before our early departure on Sunday morning. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

The parking did not seem adequate for the number of rooms in the hotel. One way into the area below the building and one way out. The stone pillars take up a lot of parking space.

Clean rooms. Courteous service. Nice breakfasts. Good location next to Bryan And Cooper restaurant if you like to eat well we’ll. good jogging in Roslyn Estates across the street. Great shopping in americana shopping center up the street. Reasonable price, especially considering the area.

I like the fact that your customer service reps go above and beyond for customers. My room was clean, When I asked for something, the customer service reps went above and beyond. I really had an amazing stay ,

The room was tight with the beds but it was ok. the breakfast had ample choices, and the place was well situated and close to everything. Staff was very helpful also.

it was a bit tight to walk around. I would have loved some concierge type service. but perhaps i stayed few days only.

The night time person Karen Tasha was fantastic, she went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and answered any questions i had. She deservers a performance review and some type of bonus given to her.

very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was decent. great staff answered all our questions with professionalism. I felt also that our car was safe parking in the hotel parking.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. The cleaning crew was extremely loud in the late morning.
