Holiday Inn Westbury-Long Island, an IHG Hotel

I thought the staff was really nice and courteous. The location is in a great location for dining and shopping. The breakfast buffet the following morning was really good and plentiful. Good job on almost everything.

My only issue during my stay was the sticky floor in the dining area. It was bad the day we checked in, but even worse the following morning during breakfast. All things considered, that is my only gripe that I had during my brief stay.

Location was closed to the place where we were scheduled to attend a birthday celebration, clean & staff very courteous. An outdoor pool was advertised.

False advertisement. It was advertised with an outdoor pool but the pool was closed or under construction. We could have booked somewhere else.

I had a time when I first got there with check in, I told them my name ! I ask what was the price, I was told a different price that was wrong. I had to find my information (email) then he told me , he need proof of the price for each night. I told him this was all I had was what they sent. I was ask to move over until I found it! This was a nightmare but there got it right. I will make sure next time I print everything out . Thank God I kept it!

Attending a wedding next door, made this property the perfect place to stay. The front desk staff was courteous & as quick as possible, the room was clean & the rest of the hotel is well kept. Literally walking distance to Carle Place wedding venue through the back, where majority of the parking for the hotel is. There is also a Denny’s next door so you can get breakfast & other restaurants across the street. A Walmart is also located a little ways down the Main Street, so whether you’re there for long time or short time, you have things available. There is a fridge in the room & enough space for a king size bed room.

My partner’s only dislike was the water pressure felt like a light spit from the shower head, so it made washing off soap longer. Would have been nice to have a microwave in our room to reheat food we had leftover.

It was close by to a lot of places to eat. All with in walking distance. I loved the small gym it was good to use some equipment again. The bathroom area was nice. The staff were friendly and took care of our needs when we asked for our bed to be made and new towels.

How the tread mill wasn’t working, they didn’t have smaller weights for my significant other. How the shower door for some reason kept sliding open when taking a shower. I think the doors were put on wrong.

Breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant staff was welcoming and very friendly. Ms. Maddy and the waiters made sure to get our order right and always made sure we were comfortable Did laundry too Very good place for shopping around

Nicely renovated and updated rooms. Friendly staff. Be careful using the free razors... they have none of the safeguards, and you can get a nasty cut... trust me.

Nice place to get ready by the door, but the lighting was bad.

It was a nice atmosphere.

I didn't like that I had to ask for a washcloth, handsomely and bath towel after the room was serviced.( 2 people in the room) it was not replenished.

I didn't have breakfast because I had other meal plans that morning.

Great location in Nassau County, Long Island. Very close to a lot of Restaurants and Shopping Centers. This Hotel looks amazing after renovation. Very friendly staff. I will definitely book again!!!!
