Convenient.

1. One of the two elevators wasn’t working. The one elevator that did work was very slow. 2. Both key cards didn’t work on the afternoon that I checked in. So it was another long wait, a journey from the 5th floor with my luggage back to the lobby to get keycards that did work, and another long wait to return with my luggage to the 5th floor. The second time, I get into the room. 3. The next morning after breakfast it was the same thing with non-working key cards. Really makes me wish I had stayed in an AirBnb, where there are no trips back and forth to the 5th floor.

I really liked the room! The bed was so comfortable and the amenities were great. I stayed one night but it was a very good experience! Glad there was a fridge and microwave! The recliner was so comfortable as well! Great place to stay overall!

I wish there were extra blankets in the room. I also did not appreciate that we were told breakfast was from 6:30-11. When we arrived for breakfast at 10, they were already packing the food back into the kitchen. Things that I was going to reach for were being picked up and taken away as my partner and I were getting breakfast. I wish there were were more hot foods as well other than boiled eggs and waffles.

clean facility, helpful staff! breakfast was delicious! I left dresses and jackets in my hotel rooms closet and called 2 hours later. the woman at front desk on Sunday after I checked out called me back and assured my belongings were safe. the manager at front desk was very nice and I was able to quickly retrieve my belongings before traveling home! thank you

Air conditioning was very loud, all pillows were the same & lumpy, light by my side of bed did not work. There was a crowd of people in the parking lot below that woke me up. Not getting solid sleep affected my opinion. I think for $250 I should be able to get a good nights rest! My husband was disappointed there was no bacon or sausage at breakfast.

I like that big friendly to pets and the staff is friendly and even the people who clean I'm very helpful and the breakfast is very good as long as II am on the first floor convenient for everything location

I like staying on the first floor and not on any other floor I don't feel safe on the elevator and outside especially at night Inside the Hotel is okay and they say the policy is only stay on the first floor have a pet that's not a good policy especially if you don't like elevated and you don't feel safe you should look into that

staff at the front desk not so friendly. I greeted with hello and received half hello. Especially, the evening before with the gentleman at the desk when checking in on 2-3 February 22@2000hrs (approximately); was rude no hello, just credit card and I’d. I was asking him about confirmation # and he rudely repeated “credit card and I’d”!! I was in pain and tired from a fall, so I gave him my military identification and credit card, and just took a breath. I just want to get away from his prejudice and sad energy. I did not deserve the treatment. I only stayed because It is closer to my VA instead of traveling back to Brooklyn. I did come back to rest 3-4 February 22, the weather and I was in pain from being examined by my doctors.

The property is well kept, very clean.

My key cards to access the side doors and our room was not working, each time we left our room we had to get a new key card. It was a big convenience especially after getting all the way to your room to find out the card does not work and then having to go back down to the to get new cards. This happened everyday I was there, I was'nt the only guest that had this problem

Room was large and comfortable. Beds were firm and nice to sleep in for my husband's bad back. Big breakfast area. variety of hot food for breakfast. large outdoor covered seating area for smokers. Great mall right nearby.

Hard to get to other street direction from laneway, busy street. Not too many known set down restuarants in area unless you went into mall.

I think this is the best hotel experience for me and my family. Breakfast is included. King bed and sofa bed. Best for families of 4! There is a gym, if you like to do the bike or treadmill before your trip or site seeing field trip. Mall is down the street, gas stations and many restaurants to choose from.

That you had to ask for someone to pickup your trash or asking for toilet paper. But I understand due to the pandemic, the hotel is trying to limit the employee’s from having much contact with customers.

The room was clean and the bed is comfy! The bathroom was in pristine condition! I've traveled to NY at least 5 times this year and this is the first hotel that met all our expectations. The price is on point AND the free breakfast is delish! We made our own Belgian waffles and the variety of cereal, bagels & muffins was a huge plus! Next time we visit NY, we're staying here.
