Hampton Inn New York Times Square

Honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is around 100 yards off Broadway and Times Square but is not affected by the light and noise. The staff were happy to help with anything we needed. The room was on the snug side for 4 people but we didn't spend much time in it and were so exhausted we just slept anyway. Breakfast was great, not quite the same as an English breakfast buffet but something for everyone. And, after checking out, they are happy to hold your bags for the day at no extra cost. All in all, bloody fantastic....

Nothing really... the room was a bit small but you don't go to New York to sit in your hotel room.

I was ready to cancel the booking that I made few months earlier reading the reviews but we decide to go because of location and it’s a new hotel and we did a good decision We stayed in hotel with my daughter 4 nights for New year - everything it’s perfect We didn’t have any problems with elevator or check in-check out, breakfast it’s basic,clean room,good view , very helpful staff and bonus is that you have all day coffee , tea, hot chocolate free to take .

Perfect location, modern and clean. Just few minutes from the heart of Times Square.

Room is way to small - with 2 bags you hardly walk to the window ;) Breakfast is okay but way too crowded - cue for some dishes was 20 minutes, and we hardly could find a table to sit and eat.

How lovely everyone treated us while we were there, very accommodating.

Location was great, but it was very chaotic. Christmas week

The location practically in Times Square was great. I am definitely not a walker but I was still able to walk to my shows. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave which was great. Breakfast was good.

They could use a second waffle maker. I'm a little old school and I would like to be able to see and or touch the hotel information. For example did the bar have small bites or not I don't know? Was there a business center? I read something about a rooftop lounge. Was that this location? I'm not sure. I don't know if the Hilton app would have been more informative if I had booked through Hilton. Definitely would have been a couple hundred dollars more directly booking. The heat would not go down low enough but I just opened the window; it was cold outside.

Very good for a hotel breakfast

Checkin was a nightmare. Inadequate housekeeping services meant very long delays in room turnover which meant a two hour delay standing in line to check in and when I got to my room I found it already occupied! So, back to the line. Manager was politely apologetic and provided adequate compensation. I would give the hotel a second chance but I overheard many extremely negative comments.

Amazing location. Great breakfast options. Storing luggage is extremely convenient. Room is a bit small but there is enough of shelfs for storage, very nice and clean. Great value for our short stay but for longer one would be great too! We would come back for sure.

Only thing we did not like is for sure the shower. Pressure is just ridiculously weak, you can barely take a shower.

The location is amazing and it’s pretty quiet while being literally on Times Square. The beds are comfortable.

The room is too small. We couldn’t move in the room and didn’t even have space for our luggage. The hallways are very very narrow.

Location is excellent, clean with great amenities

Family room too crammed with 4 people mainly as there is nowhere to store cases and little storage for clothes and shoes.

This Hampton Inn was the perfect location for us to see the City and our Broadway shows. The room was small but that’s typical for NYC. It was clean and newly updated.

The elevators were slow on busy mornings trying to get to breakfast or check out and took about 30 minutes to ride making stops on every floor.
