The Pearl Hotel

the location of this property was perfect - so close to everything! 5 min walk to Times Square, all theatres close by, and a half hr walk to the Empire State. the staff were very friendly and helpful there were lovely touches - snacks and coffee all day, happy hr in the evening the room size was amazing for New York, we were in a deluxe queen suite for 5 of us and it felt spacious even with the sofa bed used as a bed. I would definitely go back to this hotel, and I would recommend it

the only down side to this hotel is the breakfast. for such a luxurious hotel, the breakfast is poor - pastries, fruit and yoghurt only. paper cups for coffee and plastic cutlery all felt cheap compared to the rest of the facilities. I would have preferred breakfast cereals at least to be on offer, if not a hot breakfast, as I have had in other nearby hotels before arriving, I had asked the hotel if gluten free breakfast would be on offer, and was told yes, but actually, this meant I could only have fruit, which was a little disappointing. this wouldn't put me off coming back, but I think is something that could be improved.

Awesome location! Close to everything we needed within walking distance. Love that this hotel had room for the 5 of us to stay together! Very luxurious feel!

The location was wonderful, and because it was a smaller hotel the elevator and shared spaces were never busy like staying at for example a larger hotel like Marriott or Hilton. Doorman. Staff was polite.

Thought had bathtub from photos on site so was disappointed not able to soak after long day walking. No on site dining other than continental breakfast. Booked and let staff know in advance for daughters 20th Bday (they asked in form during booking and acknowledgment that “thanks selecting for daughters bday” prior to our stay) and then staff never acknowledged this special occasion…other places I’ve stayed at least staff and hotel acknowledged in some small way. Room clean but noticed halls near elevator needed vacuuming (same piece long white string noted all 4 days trip entering elevator on floor so I picked it up and tossed it last day finally).

The Customer service was outstanding!! The room was comfortable and clean and spacious! The refrigerator and microwave were a bonus! I loved the wine cocktail hour! Room service was great, but the foot was just ok. This is just about the best shower I have ever had! Wonderful shower pressure and the hand held massager was great! I was blown away with Theresa and Ronny, to name on,y a few of the outstanding employees at this hotel!! The location was in the heart of Times Square, yet quiet and close to everything!! Loved it!!!!

The room service food was not horrible, but not great.

We have just had an amazing stay at the Pearl Hotel - Location amazing (not great views of city but within 2 minutes walk you're right in the heart of Times Square), room a lovely size (we were in 1408), complimentary coffee and snacks available 24 hrs - and the best bonus of all was a free wine hour every evening!!!! Breakfast not loads of choice but more than enough for what we needed with bagels, fruit, cakes, yoghurts, porridge etc. Keep on doing what you're doing Pearl Hotel!

I have no complaints!

Didn't have breafast or wine tasting there. Staff was excellent and made dinner reservations at an amazing restaurant. The front desk people were very helpful offering places to stay and visit during trip. Hotel was quiet and very convenient to theaters and Times Square. Definitely will stay here again.

The ice machine was in basement and breakfast was limited so we opted to go elsewhere to have a full breakfast.

Included breakfast was very convenient because most of the activities/places doesn't open until 10am. We ate in the hotel and headed out to enjoy all famous tourism spots that are in walking distance. Many subway stations are also close! The location and hospitality of the staff are unbeatable.

Parking. But you can't help that in NYC. We parked in a garage that was one block away and their rate was fair. ($45 per day)

Location was good. Close to many things. Close to subway.

I thought it was very pricey for a small room with only queen bed.

the only reason why I put 9 stars is because they said continental breakfast is served in the am. it’s not continental breakfast. it’s more like eating leftovers and scraps with little options and the juice was warm not cold.

The hotel is close to several theatres in Manhattan, also very close to several subway stations. The personnel was very friendly and responsive. Cleanliness at its best. Nice and comfortable room with very good bed. The hotel provided 24/7 coffee and snacks, for free. In addition every day from 17.00-18.00 a wine hour was organized for free at the lobby. Breakfast was overall good.

Breakfast should have some more variety from day to day. It should also include hot dishes. The restaurant of the hotel was under renovation. I needed some space to do a couple of online business meetings, but such an option was not available.
