45 Times Square Hotel

The staff were all super and really helped make our stay comfortable. There were lots of restaurants and theatres nearby.

The bed was comfortable but very difficult to get in and out of especially seniors as the platform went all around it.

I was not sure to book this hotel since it had only 28 reviews in booking and most of the google reviews were old. But I decided to give it a chance and I am so satisfied with my decision. Everything was great. Staff were friendly. The location is perfect, close to Times Square, subway, restaurants, central park, and shopping centers. Bed was comfy. Water pressure was great in bathroom. Room had a kettle which is really useful. Room size was good for one person.

This hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the beginning, the staff at reception greeted me in such a friendly and courteous manner and even though it was an hour before check in were able to accommodate me. The female staff member (I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t get her name) instantly offered to get me a cold bottle of water as it was a hot day outside which I was so grateful for. As she was doing this, the other staff member, Johan, engaged me in conversation about my trip and where I was from. They both made recommendations about what I should see in the city. When I got to the room, I saw a room identical to the pictures I saw when booking. Yes, it’s a small room but you have everything you need and for the price and quality in that location, I didn’t expect anything big. As a solo traveller, it was perfect, but I can see how there could be an issue for a couple. The space in the room was more than made up for by the bathroom and especially the shower, it was absolutely glorious! I loved the little note in the room also and the complimentary bottles of water already cooling in the fridge which were a great solace with the heat of the day. The television was also lovely and easy to use. I slept very well indeed on my one night stay and when I was checking out, I needed to leave bags which was no problem at all. I asked about the shuttle and was given the information about the car service at extra cost which I opted for and was very pleased with. I also needed advice on directions and in this case Johan shone. He told me exactly how to get to the subway and to get where I wanted to go, how many stops and where to get off and back on again to come back to Times Square which I very much appreciated. He then went a step further and provided me with his own Metro card to use which was so unexpectedly generous. He absolutely made my stay at this hotel!

There’s absolutely nothing I could fault this hotel on. I mean, I spotted a couple of stains on the carpet in my room but they didn’t affect my perception of the room or the hotel in general.

The location is excellent, the new decor is very nice, the staff were all SO HELPFUL & it was a short walk to Times Square & the subway for other attractions. Clean, quiet & comfortable. I would love to come back again. Lots of lights in the room & a shower that just RAINS on you!

That I had to eventually leave! Everything was EXCELLENT! I have no complaints.

Very friendly staff, we had an issue with the shower and they fixed it or were very willing to change us if it couldn't be fixed. Very welcoming every time we entered the lobby, always recognised us and greeted us. Location was perfect for tourists wanting to see the main attractions in the city.

Slightly expensive but understandable given it was 9/11 Memorial week. Room was slightly small but OK for a couple.

We had a deluxe large room .. the bed was super comfy and even though we were in the heart of the busy Time Square our room was so quiet to sleep.

The room was very clean, the hotel very close to whatever you need. All stuff was very friendly and always happy to help us. They made our stay amazing. Definitely recommended! Thank you William for the welcoming!

Staff very friendly and always trying to help you. Very central location just off Time Square and even though the city was loud the hotel was quiet.

Excellent location for tourists it’s just around the corner of everything you want to see. AMAZING manager and customer services. They were always so polite and helped us with everything we asked about.
