Millennium Premier New York Times Square

Awesome location and amazing views !

They authorize my card 4 times what my price was and they didn’t know exactly what was going on , one desk clerk even tell me he didn’t even know how much was my reservation in total and he thought I was transfer from other hotel. I would appreciate more care about mistakes.

Started off as a rocky start. There was no fridge in room and breakfast still supplied in a paperbag as done in covid days which are well over. however we spoke to Monique and she quickly tried to assist up and got us a fridge. They need to address the breakfast situation and allow people to eat outside of the room The same food daily was not enjoyable. Monique did her best to enhance our stay. The view in our room we had was great. Booking.com and hotels need to communicate and supply adequate and precise photos of rooms. When this hotel offer upgrades they need to be clear what the upgrade would be especially if you have a good room already. Room 1823 was great for the ball drop NYE. If you have issues go straight to management and they will help. The rooms that have no fridge, the hotel need to rectify this or atleast cover up and make it presentable where they were. Rooms made up daily is nice. Cleaners are wonderful. Bed is on smaller side. Air-conditioning was loud but rectified. Bath tub handle didn't work but was fixed quickly even over Xmas. Room is big for NYC

Hello, the experience in the hotel and the Staff in general were very good. Nice people. Also, they have a new concept for me. Each person can get down and serve the breakfast and take to the room which I consider very good as you can have your breakfast as well as dressing up and arrange all things to get out. They have a nice and quiet area and the best of all you can get at Time Square only two blocks. Excelent location to take the subway and walk everwhere. I really recommend it. We enjoy our time at the Millenium

As previously said everything were good and the service was excellent. The elevators were fast and the street was very quiet.

The location of the property. The cleanliness of the property. And the price considering the location and the view.

I felt like the property was misrepresented. The pictures I saw were of the pictures of the millennium Broadway New York next door. They told us we were in the wrong hotel and told us to go back front and turn left and walk into the other hotel. It seriously looks like we were walking into the laundry room, or the kitchen! In the lobby of our hotel could not have been more doll and the total opposite of the lobby of the other millennium hotel.

Location location location - super close to everything: restaurants, theatres, stores, subway. The room was as I expected. A good size with all the basic amenities. Compliments to house cleaning who did a wonderful job, also really efficient and unassuming. The reception staff and bell hop were courteous and really helpful booking my taxi and with my luggage. My room was right next to the lifts and there was some noise from people in the corridor and a little bit of noise from the elevator in the bathroom, but nothing obtrusive. Overall the hotel felt safe.

'Breakfast on the go' was really basic. 3 of the 4 items provided required refrigeration so I didn't eat those. Also only received the breakfast on the first day.

This is my second time at this hotel and they are always so welcoming! The location is great right around the corner of Times Square and a few minutes from the subway. The room is small but expect that because of course you're in New York! I love that this hotel holds your luggage even when you are checked out until you leave for your flight. Expect it to get way more busier on the holidays.

The only bad thing I could say about this place is that they don't have mini refrigerators in the room which I believe you can request one for a fee but I'm so used to hotels having that option included with the room.

The check in was less than 10 minutes . There was enough space for two people . The room was clean and neat and everything had its place . The key card accessed the elevator which is a good safety precaution. There was also an extra door lock / blocker that helped me sleep a lot better at night . There’s two bottles of water for free in the room. I put my do not disturb sign on the door but I could hear cleaning staff in the morning . It was only a block up from Times Square . I receive my security deposit back in two days .

It was good for a quick stay however it was cold . I kept turning up the thermostat but it didn’t seem to help for too long . I know we are in a panoramic but I would prefer maybe bagels or something more solid for breakfast . It was a little confusion to the hotel location because their sister hotel is right next door. However , there is a corridor that connects the two if you enter the wrong one. I knew there was a security deposit but wanted to pay cash , however I was informed it would be more.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. All requests and questions were dealt with straight away and the staff did everything they could to help the residents. I loved that it was small hotel and was so close to Time square yet nice and quiet!

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It was friendly, location was excellent, rooms were spacious and clean and service was excellent.

Location was fantastic. 1/2 block off Time Square and in the theatre district. Good coffee and espresso drinks available all morning. They provided us a mini fridge on request. Room and bed were well laid out. The breakfast to-go bags were filled with a lot of food and provided us with snacks for the whole day.

Breakfast was to-go and cold due to COVID protocols. This is NOT the hotel's fault. I just would prefer a hot breakfast.

i loved the location of this hotel literally walk outside and Times Square is right there ! room was a perfect size for a couple and view was nice but could’ve been a bit better for the description that was giving when booking…

it was very inconvenient that they do not offer parking with the hotel. we had to park across the street and the prices of parking are not very specific because we got charged $100+ to park plus the hotel was a little pricey as well (as it said city view) and we were definitely not seeing the city lights
