professional - really nice staff. hotel grounds were nice, and I like the small hotel feel.

need both elevators to be operational, and all staff members need to be wearing masks ( Not all were - and neither were some of the guests) and with a small elevator it was concerning. The room was great, the pillows were a little on the less full side, maybe need varying pillow thickness - but all in all the bed was comfortable - AC worked great and well needed after walking around in the heat. Room was spacious...Decor was contemporary, although needs more counter spaces in restroom - you will have a hard time putting your toiletries anywhere. Times Square area is central but lots of unsavory types, and very touristy.

Staff was perfect: thank you so much to Darlene Roseau. She is so helpful, lovely and professional. Also thank you Dee and Andrew. Very good staff! My room was fantastic; it was a suite with a very nice view of Manhattan's buildings.

The suite is good, though bathroom appeared to be smaller than what we saw in the pics.

We come from Asia where hospitality standards are way above what we saw in Time NY. Staff can work towards being more warm and helpful. They were cold and straight face in the communication which we are not used to. Breakfast = milk, cereals and some breads. Other items you need to order & pay extra. If you order 3 eggs fried omelet, they will always serve you only two!

Second time we have stayed here. Great Location and staff very friendly. stayed in deluxe room which I would recommend if you like to have more space. Room was very clean as was bedding

Breakfast. This is marketed as a free breakfast in the price you pay. 3 years ago it was continental with eggs, ham/meats etc. this new year there was hardly anything. Just rolls and butter basically. felt very ripped off with this. we have booked again as love the hotel however we no breakfast will be disappointing so will eat elsewhere.

Great staff very cordial and accommodating.Wine and cheese was a nice perk along with guest discount at bar and restaurant.kudos to Dee, bartenders and doormen.

The bathroom lacks adequate space for personal items and toiletries for two people.especially at the sink area.Also would have liked a revised bill for the one room that we changed from 3 guests to 2 .

The location is absolutely perfect. Parking is literally across the street. Theaters are next door and across the street as well. Just far enough from Times Square to be outside of the crowd but a nice short walk to enjoy it if you choose. Restaraunts everywhere. We stay Friday to Monday and never moved the car from parking. Staff was very informative with any question we had.

The one night we wanted to enjoy some drinks in the lounge but they were already closing and it was only 9:45pm. Not sure if that was normal or just for that night. Definitely not a deal breaker as we just went next door to an amazing Italian restaurant and bar.

Really great location and nice entrance/reception area. Hotel didn’t feel too busy and didn’t have to wait longer than a couple of minutes for the lift (elevator). Rooms modern and light, and decorated nicely however not as well kept as looked in photos but still fine. Hair dryer really powerful and I have long thick hair, wish I’d not bothered bringing my own. Breakfast was fine, we were happy with bagels, bread and pastries, but also had cereal, fruit and yoghurts. All staff polite and really willing to help, saying hello if you bumped into them in the hallway and lifts which was nice. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

On our first night our room was right next to the elevator shaft meaning that we could hear it scraping up and down all night and it was extremely loud if you are a lighter sleeper, however I did mention this to the receptionist and she moved us straight away to another room so couldn’t really fault the service here at all. If being picky the breakfast might be improved with options of egg or cheese for more substance.

Hotel is well appointed, in a great location just off Broadway and a block from Time Square. Superior Suite met our needs in having two sleeping areas with a teenager being with us. Hotel was clean and well kept, staff were all lovely and did everything they could to help (even a free bottle of wine for my wife) and the atmosphere was relaxed and very comfortable.

Being bang in the theatre district, the hotel is right in between two very popular shows in Chicago (across the street) and Book of Mormon (next door) and so the noise levels at opening and closing times was quite loud. Insular glazing on the rooms facing out to the front may be a good idea (we were 10th floor, front facing and it was still loud enough to wake us up).

My wife and me took 4 days in NY as a short holiday without our children. We wanted a boutique hotel close to the main attractions, comfortable but not pricey. We got what we looked for. We even concluded that The Time would be our hotel of choice for any future visits to NY. The staff was super friendly both during check in and check out. We got some extra hours before check out which came super handy, Our luggage was then taken care for during our final hours before leaving for JFK. They also arranged a super good transportation at a good price. We had a great time!

I cannot find anything we did not like. As mentioned above the lighting in the room could have been better. It was decoratively great but a little scarce. Apart from this minor detail, which in fact is a detail, we have nothing to criticize.

Allocated a quiet room on the 6th floor, overlooking courtyard so no road noise at all, brilliant. Bed comfy, room had hanging space and a shelf for clothing. Had to use room card to operate lift so felt safe that no strangers would be entering hotel corridor. Excellent location, minutes walk from Times Square. Next door to The Book of Mormon and Chicago opposite. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

Continental Breakfast adequate, mainly carbs though, croissants, cereal and granola, pastries, yogurt, oranges and bananas.Tea and coffee, apple and orange juice, water. Could purchase other items such as omelet for a fee. No tea or coffee facilities in room but could get a voucher to use The Goldfinch cafe in the hotel. Couldn't find a hairdryer in the room, but not an issue for me.
