Kimpton Hotel Theta, an IHG Hotel

Loved the location Close to the theaters but not right in Time Square. Attached Parking garage was a Huge Bonus. Staff was very friendly. Already planning my next stay

Water Pressure in Shower was weak but that's not a real complaint at all.

The staff was fantastic! Everything was nice and clean. The rooms were a very good size for NYC. Loved that 2 queen beds were an option since we all had to share.

We would've liked more on-site food options.

This hotel is so clean and new. Smells amazing and super maintained! Location is perfect in the heart of everything.

Would’ve been nice to have a microwave in the room and maybe a coffee pot.

Location was outstanding, right in the middle of the theatre district and only blocks away from Times Square. Hotel room was clean, modern, and well-furnished. Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning was also a nice touch.

Bathroom sink generally gave either very cold water or very hot water. It was hard to get a comfortable water temperature. Bathroom shower might have had a leak, as water continued to slowly drip from the faucet even the water was turned off.

New property, extremely comfortable beds, lovely lobby, and complementary coffee each morning.

Security is lacking. During our stay, we actually had someone come to our door and tried to enter our room. Luckily our door was locked and when we asked who they were, we were told that the front desk had sent them up for a delivery. We had not requested a delivery. We did inform Security, but I was very surprised that a delivery person will be allowed upstairs to a guest room.

These beds were heavenly. This property was a very unexpected surprise. I typically stay in another part of Manhattan but I will stay here again. Really loved this location and the hotel vibe. Clean! Very clean. Excellent.

Location to start with and spacious rooms . Very friendly staff and assisting in all our questions and needs. Reception great job !! The location was excellent. Close to everything. Very comfortable stay in a spacious room which is difficult to find in New York. Will definitely return .

The room emited a smell like exhaust fumes or burnt rubber. When I told them they corrected it and the smell subsided. Also hotel has bad heating . Only on one scale . And we were boiling . So we were switching it off and on, to keep the room in a Norma temperature.

Great location, next to metro, walkable to Time Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park etc. I traveled with my parents and they loved the hotel. Price was reasonable. Size of the room was great for NYC. Parking instructions were a little confusing at the beginning but at the end was super easy. Parking garage is next to the main entrance, you enter and say that you stay at the hotel and the take your car and give you a ticket. At the end of your stay, front desk will validate the parking and deduct the parking fee from the deposit. Parking fee $65/night is reasonable for this location.
