W New York - Times Square

the location was phenomenal as well as the staff….

I don’t like the $100 or $25 living room bar charge I think that should be left up to the guest to decide… The hotel needs to open all restaurants and room service amenities up 24/7 for the amount of money spent $1,955.56 and couldn’t even get an order of fries was disappointing.

Nice and helpfull people working there. Excelent location if you like being in a very busy place.

Because is understaff,sometime is taking some time yo get solved simple things. Some parts of the hotel are needing refurbishment.

the bar and lobby area was lovely and clean. smelt amazing as soon as you stepped out of the lift. we opted for breakfast and it was delicious

the 3 sets of lifts and it was a bit dark in the hallways. there was construction happening so obscured the view from the restaurants

The location of the property can’t be beat. The rooms were serviced beautifully every day, and it was very comfortable and clean.

I didn’t like the daily $25 destination fee that they tacked on.

Location, Restaurant and The Bar

While checking out, nobody there to guide me or arrange for a taxi. Had to leave my luggage and find one ! The only minor issue I had

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. It's noisy in Times Square, but we loved the energy of the area for this trip. The views from the room were wonderful, the hotel was lovely and the staff was incredible.

The furniture in the room needs replacement. The bed was broken/creaking and very noisy, obviously worn out. The chaise was broken too. There were just a couple of items like that, that just need attention.

Very nice hotel in perfect location for all the tourist attractions, restaurants and shows around Time Square. Hotel is well-maintained and the suite we stayed in was large and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were a great help with 4 people in the suite.

Would have liked more closet space in the suite. Plenty of drawer space, but just 1 small closet. Not a big deal, but there appeared to be ample space for a second closet in the bedroom.

The room was clean and we had a beautiful view of Times Square. We were on one of the top floors and the skyline was wonderful. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed.

The only thing I can say about our room or the hotel that isn't wonderful is that the bathroom has frosted glass walls and a frosted glass sliding door. It could be a bit of an issue if you are one who loves their privacy in the washroom! You can't see directly in the bathroom, but if the room is dark and the bathroom light is on you can certainly see the person inside although fuzzy.

This location is perfect for us because we always see a lot of Broadway shows. We have stayed here 3 or 4 times.

Unfortunately there were a few issues in our room this time around - the TV remote did not work properly, the windows were quite dirty, and the mirror light in our bathroom stopped working after the first day.

The daily rate is a lot per night, so I feel this could be reduced slightly. The breakfast situation with the on-site Mexican bar was not good. The staff at the Mexican bar were quite rude (especially the tall male who looked like a supervisor) when I had explained I hadn’t been given my breakfast vouchers I had paid for. it was quite an easy thing to resolve via the W reception staff, but this member of staff was very rude in the Mexican bar on the ground level.
