Quality Inn & Suites Boone - University Area

When we began planning our trip, the first thing I did was search for a hotel. When I ran across this one, I saw a number of negative reviews for various reasons. We decided to book here in spite of them. We weren't disappointed at all. Our suite was perfectly clean, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Not sure if the other folks were just generally over-picky or were just having a bad day. We found this property to be well worth the price.

Breakfast left a little do be desired, but wasn't bad by any means. I eat those little sausage biscuits at home all the time ad like them just fine.

The location The rooms were very clean it's very comfortable

Price too much for only one night when I went to booking. Com it said 240 dollars for the room and when you check in 100 dollars deposit which will be refunded when you check out for any damages during your stay there wasn't any damage I did not received any refund so I paid 340 dollars for 1 night because I was expecting a 100 dollar refund I would not have booked a room for 340 dollars for 1 night not there

The beds were pretty comfortable and I fell right to sleep once I got to my room. Good atmosphere and good location. Breakfast was good, still remember the cranberry juice tasting really good. Over all had a good experience.

There was nothing that stood out to me as bad during my stay. After me and my friend were done skiing for the day, we crashed and went right to sleep in our room. The only complaint that I do have is someone who was not staying at the hotel was yelling outside at 7:30 Sunday morning and woke me up, but I was able to fall back to sleep afterwards.

The gentleman with a bun who checked us in late in the evening on May 5 already had our papers ready to hand us when we walked in, and made filling them out easy with clear directions. He was open to talk about any concerns and questions, and was seasoned with graduation week bookings and managing them smoothly. What a stellar person and presence at the inn - he made our stay a good and pleasant memory and superbly represented Boone to first timers!

we stayed here 21 years ago when it was a Best Western. We were “field hockey patients” for our daughter’s college team. We needed a larger room so stayed in the ‘bridal suite’. unknown to us, we were upgraded to the same room by the staff! it was a wonderful and kind thing to do for us! The entire staff were absolutely incredible during our stay. We even stayed an extra night. We will be returning in the near future.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room was a good size for the price.

The hotel pillows were the only complaint. The pillows need to be replaced as they seemed to be old and mostly warn out. There are not many places to eat in the area. We couldn't find food that had easy access to parking

Staff was great. After a long day of traveling with kids, we arrived at the hotel and they immediately got us checked in and answered all our questions. Also, the pool was open and available for the kids to use. Breakfast was simple (due to COVID I'm sure), but sufficient. I will say that the value was worth it because we stayed on a Sunday night and so the price was lower - I may not have wanted to pay the high price of peak season weekend.

Our shower was lukewarm, not hot, but that was okay with us.

Your staff at the front desk was Super Efficient and Polite! Easy check-in. I travel with a ESA animal (dog) and after just a brief q&a the associate understood the policy with Choivce Hotels. Sometimes that issue can be hard to handle.

A little more lighting would make it much nicer.

So happy with how clean and fresh everything looked and smelled! Seemed cleaner than other hotels I've stayed in this year. Mattress and bedding also more comfortable than typical. Excellent stay, excellent value.

The ONLY thing: someone from housekeeping repeatedly and relentlessly tried to enter the room while I was in the bathroom on checkout morning. Deadbolt and security latch we both latched, but they rattled the handle and key slot for 5 minutes or so while I was toweling off and dressing - erk. About 9:40.

Hotel was nice. Enjoyed our stay. Had a nice mountain view. Hotel had a great location.

Everything was clean, but linens were stained and ripped. There were white looking spots in the carpet next to one of the beds. The beds need replaced due to having no support anymore.
