The room is clean. The bed was so soft.

I went there 3 tines to check in the day of 1st of July . The first time it was little after 2pm to see the room was ready it wasn't. I had 2 sick ppl needs to lay down . The person told me come back at 3 . So I did my still my room wasn't ready yet. They told me come in couple hours. It should be ready then. . I asked them since I wait so long to get my room do I get a discount. . I was told that they would .( the boy at the counter(( "Josh" ) it will give me $20, off my bill. Plus he also told me that he will tell his manager about it . To give me more. The day I was checking out they gave me $10 off not what I was told. Very disappointed I was lied to. Also they short staff ( housekeeping) that weekend. Knowing it's 4th of July weekend people are on vacation that week

The room was very clean and comfortable, all the staff were nice and welcoming, the breakfast was fantastic!! The pool was easy to access, clean, and towels were provided!

Could use a few updates such as a new tub and toilet in the bathroom, but it was very clean, eveything still worked well, and they are in the midst of renovations, so I assume they are taking care of updates needed.

The friendly staff and rhe clean room. The room renovations were great. The beds were comfortable.. I liked the blow dryer. We liked the location, because it was Close to restaurants and the historical towns. We loved the containers of fresh grapes, blueberries and strawberries at breakfast. We loved staying at this hotel and will stay there again in the future. For six days this hotel was our home away from home. We look forward to our return.

Would have been nice to have had a television guide in the room and a restraunt guide with a few menus. We didn't like the room pictures on the website. We almost did not stay there, because on website rooms were decorated in orange and lime green. The price was good, so decided to go ahead and book. We arrived to find the rooms had been renovated and looked awesome. The television was huge. No more orange and lime green. Instead the rooms are now more modern. We loved the room!!

Breakfast was good , staff was nice

Place is a little dated , but still was nice. One thing I did notice that there must have been some roofing done not to long ago, because there were a lot of roofing nails in the handicap parking area. Lucky we didn't get any in our tires.

Breakfast was good. The server Billie was good. Location was ok.

The PRICE WAS WAY TOO HIGH FOR SENIORS. I didn’t get the email til we were checking out. Nearly $400 for 1 night because of a concert. WE didn’t go for a concert. Wouldnt offer a discount.

Bathroom, found poop matter on the wallpaper, shower curtain inner liner had mold at the bottom

It was close to my destination and it was close to resturants and pubs. Very comfortable bed, nice spacious room and good TV and WiFi service!
