Beautiful room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed, all very clean. The shower was gorgeous! Great location with easy walk to town. Excellent communication and very easy parking.

The walls of the Inn are thin. It was easy to not just hear noise from below and next door but to hear conversations. I resorted to putting in my earphones and listening to music. The room layout for my particular room (4) included stairs so it seems a push to call the small table and chairs a 'suite'. I would not choose this particular room again. The exterior lights also streamed in from the balcony door blinds so the room was too light for my personal taste at night.

Pillows need to be replaced or washed. Had an odor. No seating area available in the room except for two small bistro chairs. Insufficient parking. Some vehicles were too large for the narrow parking spaces. Space for four cars was in reality, only space enough for three. No breakfast was provided, so the B&B was only a B&..

The location is excellent. It is a short walk, uphill, to the main business district. The house is lovely. Our room is nice and is “fairly” quiet. Other guests were not loud but the walls are fairly thin (expected in older home) Parking by the front door was definitely a plus. Bathroom was good, plenty of hot water.

Heating the room was a bit tricky. The heat works fine but you have to find your “sweet spot” - no thermostat. Keurig is good in theory, but cups provided were to small.

We loved our stay. They thought of all the details, including little snacks, wine glasses and bottle opener. We loved how the throw blanket was draped over the chair. A lot of care was put into preparing our room. We loved how close the property is to Blowing Rock shopping and restaurants. The Famous Toastery across the street was a perfect spot for breakfast. We look forward to coming again.

Quaint room with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, a working coffee machine and a nice vibe. Very friendly staff too. When we needed help we received it in no time. A guest accidentally locked the main door, but with Karen’s help we figured it out quickly. Nice breakfast options in walking distance. Downtown is very close. Great location.

Recently updated. Clean, very comfortable. Property manager/Inn keeper Karen, went over and above to make us feel welcome, plus shared her favorite restaurants and activities around town.

The loud air conditioner in the room .., Only reason I mark the property down.

Location was perfect for us. Bedding and lines were awesome. Liked the balcony with our unit.

Adjusting the shower for hot water was tricky. Property manager was helpful in assisting us.

Clean, comfortable room.

The upstairs rooms are very warm. The lower rooms are very cool. The ceiling fan had electrical issues. The shower would not maintain the hot water.

very comfortable, nice jacuzzi tub, and with spotty cell service in the area, the Wi-Fi was wonderful. no problems streaming on my iPad.

almost ran out of toilet paper but the manager came just in time.

The king downstairs room could get a better door closure on it.
