Red Roof Inn Lenoir

I absolutely love the peace and quiet in the comfortable rooms they provide. They are always Grade A in cleanliness and sanitary every visit. But I love the professional and hospitality attitudes of the employees. And I have to say that the owners of the establishment have absolutely exceeded any and all of the others in and around the surrounding areas throughout the times I have stayed in the hotels for periods at a time since before the pandemic started.

Actually I still haven't been able to find anything I can say I disliked with this establishment.

The service was excellent. The owners and their employees honestly go above and beyond to make sure they give 200% to help their guests and families with whatever it is that they need and want and I wanna say they provide complimentary breakfast that includes all U would buy from the surrounding restaurants. Last but not least will work with you on prices for the guests who are having hard times during these troubling times.

Can't think of anything to complain about truthfully.

The location was perfect. Plenty of food options in very close proximity to the hotel. The gentleman working at the front desk was very professional and took care of us right away. No noise issues at night, the 2 rooms on each side never heard a sound from them. Bed was amazing

There are only a few things I can say could be improved on. The floors were not cleaned very well at all. The sheets did have a stain or 2 on them as well as the towels but they had been washed. You could actually tell they were clean but still no one wants to see a stain on a sheet that's in a hotel.

The breakfast was as good as any continental breakfast it was clean

I was disappointed with booking.com the desk clerk was understanding and very pleasant about the fact that we were going to have to return home one day early and only charged our card for the one night with no cancellation fee and sent me email he sent them but I didn’t get any satisfaction from booking.com

Clean, quiet friendly, accommodating staff

I believe that I was charged twice for one night. And did not get a receipt.😣 The desk clerk was having great difficulty with the computer upon my check in. I pray that they discover the mistake and reimburse me

It is close to anything you will need. The room was clean and pretty well taken care of for a smaller hotel.

The "night" life was not exactly desirable. The coming and going of iffy individuals and people in the parking lot drinking swayed us from booking again. Especially since we often travel with our children.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Since I was in the area for a hike the next day, I really appreciated that the refrigerator also had a small freezer compartment that I could put my cold packs in. It needed a defrost but that probably helped get my packs colder. The bathroom was really clean with plenty of hot water.

About the only thing that was slightly annoying was having to use the drive up check-in window. It was very high and in hindsight would have been easier to park my car ahead and walk up to. However, I totally understand the reason.

Didn't have breakfast so can't say,the location was close to Family and the events I was attending 😍

The boarded up room next to me,! made me think of a crime scene🥺

Breakfast n the nicest work it was clean

Well the price n I would have like monthly payments or every two week payment but anything else was good n conferable stay it was thank u for business

I absolutely love the staff, everyone are very attentive and personable and go out of their way to make sure that you have the best of everything during your stay at their establishment!!!
