Nothing to complain about, it is a wonderful overnight drop in and crash get up and go no frills but just the right amount of everything you really need. The pool is exceptionally inviting and clean, and the grounds are shaded and in the middle of all retail shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing to complain about, they have always been accommodating when I travel with my requests and needs.

We traveled for our friends wedding. Needed a hotel for 1 night. The location of this hotel is perfect. Several restaurants & shopping stores nearby. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It is pet friendly, but has a $25 pet fee per pet per night. The maids were friendly. Plenty of space in the rooms.

We brought our own pillows so idk how the pillows are, but the BEDS SUCK!! I was in so much pain with my back, I woke up twice thru the night hurting from the bed. And the next morning, I had trouble getting out of bed cause my back was hurting & stiff. Felt like I was laying on a sheet of plywood all night. My boyfriend was also miserable.

The room was clean and was large enough for me and my friend. We were there to attend FaithFest

I would have liked for my air conditioner to be on in the room when I got there. The toilets are to low to the ground, and they could use a safety bar in the shower. I do not understand why booking.com charged me $104.99 for one night when I first booked and when I called back and booked for two nights, they charged me $149.99 for one night and $104.99. I first booked for a Saturday night they charged $104.99, when called and changed the reservation to add Friday night they charged me $149.99 for Friday night

Best Days Inn I’ve stayed at. Nice, modern, and clean rooms. Excellent house keeping. Nice outside pool. Free breakfast. Good ice machines. Rooms have fridge and microwave, cold AC. Perfect if you need something reasonable for work. Can’t beat it for the price.

Nice size room and very comfortable. I loved that it was near shopping center and it was very nice and clean.

Tv in room need to check. It first wouldn't come on so my boyfriend found out that it was unplug. He plugged it in and it worked only to find out that once you had it working the TV wouldn't go off and you had to go back and unplug the TV to get it to go off. I also had problems with a guest/ employee ( not sure which one) outside the room( bottom floor room for handicap) smoking and peeking in. This was very scary for me!!

The desk Mgr and the lady that set up breakfast were phenomenal. Housekeeping staff were great! They returned rings to us that were left in our first room where the tv was inoperable.

That we had to change rooms at midnight when we were tired from visiting relatives...

The gentleman who was working the desk was very friendly. Location was a little farther than we thought , but, it was close to food and gas locations. Very quiet !!

Toilet was not properly seated on floor so it wobbled. Bathroom door was very hard to open. Only given 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Thankfully traveled with boyfriend so sharing was ok.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was nice as well. As I had to stay in my room for an extended period (around 7 hours Friday morning), I appreciated the surprising number of channels on TV and the WiFi.

For some reason I could not get the TV to stay off unless I unplugged it from the wall. The only other thing that I would say affected my stay was that there were screaming children close by my room, however that is not the hotel's fault. Overall I had a good stay.

The sink was stopped up upon arrival. Housekeeping would have been aware, and should have informed maintenance before my arrival. I contacted the desk, and they immediately informed the maintenance person. He was quick to respond, and corrected for my stay, and made a note that there was a repair that would need to be done once I checked out.

The rooms were very comfy and big. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent with several restaurants, a grocery store and a discount department store all in an adjoining parking lot !!!
