MainStay Suites Texas Medical Center/Reliant Park

Stayed for medical appointment and traveled by private plane from Lancaster, TX to Sugarland. Was great bc they have an hourly shuttle to and from a 3 mile radius. Getting around without a car was free. My room was suppose to have a balcony and staff happily switched my room. Ordered Doordash, but there's also a store by the front desk with snacks. Rooms are updated, cozy and spacious with kitchens.

There were no loud voices, but you can hear people stomping down hallway. Was quiet other than the floor noise.

Location was perfect for medical center. Nearby places to eat , also food delivery if needed. Room was very clean with little details that were nice folded tails soaps etc.

Toilet was way to small for adults too short kid size. No King bed. And didnt like that fan came on eith bathroom light to wake people up. Plus to noisy when not needed. Tv was to small and hard to work, had to call someone in.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room and the facility were very clean. The location had essy access to the main highway, different local food places (which I encourage people should try) and places to go if you needed to pick up a few things in case you forgot to pack. The price was reasonable for my stay and would come back.

The hotel appears to be an older facility and could use some renovations on the outside to maybe spruce it up.

We both had queen size beds in the room that were very lumpy and not comfortable at all. Otherwise, we hope to stay here again.

The setup of the room was great 👍 The breakfast was great I loved the oatmeal 😋 the staff was nice. and I loved the cleanliness of the property !!!!!!we enjoyed our stay.

The fold out bed in room 405 was awful it was very uncomfortable and the elevator makes a very scary noise like it needs some urgent attention 😳

Loved free on-site parking. Loved the room - very spacious and clean. Very close to medical appointments. Great price. We didn’t eat breakfast there, so I don’t know about that.

Coffee. But not a deal breaker for me. They did have a coffee maker in the room and a fridge that we didn’t use - could have made my own.

The staff was helpful in everything the shuttle to and from was excellent bed was comfortable and room was clean TV messed up but when we said something about it ,we had a new one when we got back to the room .

Great location! Front desk staff was very professional, breakfast was great. Loved all the access o amenities and would stay again.

One particular employee Made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay. He drives the shuttle transportation van. He noticeably spoke to everyone except us and had a very unpleasant disposition. Asked everyone except us if they needed help.

Mainstay was a very nice surprise. Wasn't too sure about the area but all was good. Easy location for the destinations we had to attend. Loved the Kitchenette, Bathroom size and lounge area. Thank you!

I was not used to sleeping in a Queen bed. The Bed was very comfortable with good support. However, the bed made a lot of noise if one party had to gt up in the night. :( I would have preferred the Full Breakfast options as we had busy days.

it’s clean, it’s safe, staff super helpful, location to medical district, rooms very well equipped. and a super breakfast with coffee, juices, waffles, fresh oatmeal breads, and cereals.

The 1 queen bed w/ sofa bed are reasonably priced compared to other similar suites, but when you jump to a 2 queen bed suite the price almost doubled!
