The location is excellent. It is near the Medical Center, Houston Zoo, Museum District, and Herman Park. The appliances work perfectly, providing you with cutlery, bowls, plates, and pans for cooking. Breakfast is included.

The breakfast did not have eggs like scrambled or omelets, only an egg sandwich, with is suitable for people who like bread, but it wasn't my case. Also, remember you have to ask for cleaning one day in advance, if you don't, they will not do it.

Location was spot on and the hotel is still like new. The staff had excellent customer service skills and all common areas were kept clean.

It’s difficult finding locations that accept pets. So choosing Hilton was a no-brainer, because they have an affordable pet fee. This location in particular had an outdoor pet relief area, however it felt like an after thought in their use of space and was tucked away behind the restaurant/patio. Unfortunately other guests traveling with pets did not follow clean-up rules, and the area was not pleasant to walk my pet. Luckily for this location, Herman park was a short walk and our pet enjoyed that outing. Being able to have our pet stay with us is definitely a perk, and not a requirement for any hotel to offer. So over all our stay was pleasant.

The property was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and thought out. It was nice to be able to configure the room differently as needed, with the sliding curtain to separate the bed and the movable table/ desk. The bedding was amazingly soft and comfortable and the black out shade worked amazingly well because of the addition of guards at the side of the window. The staff was amazingly attentive and made sure we knew that all we had to do was ask if there was anything we needed. I will be staying here for all my future trips.

I was a little disappointed in two things. The included breakfast was very sparse and not well stocked when we went to eat. The other issue was the shower water never got very hot and kept fluctuating. I don’t know if this was because it was a time of day when everyone was showering, or if it was a safety feature for the guests.

Breakfast was ok, gym is pretty awesome, staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was clean and in good condition, location is excellent for getting to Texas Medical Center easily.

Parking was an extra $15 per day. Housekeeping didn't re-stock the coffee in the room and there wasn't any dish soap available to wash the dishes in the room--despite having a dishwasher.

Breakfast was awesome; it had a alot of variety. Room was big and spacious. Loved the amenities included. Location was awesome!! The places we visited were not too far (zoo, museum, aquarium)

There were no plain pancakes offered for kids with the breakfast. I was not able to get an adjoining room with my daughter and grandkids.

Husband needed surgery at VA .Even though he was in fear of surgery and made a request to move from perfectly wonderful room to another cause key wasn't opening door ,staff was extra courteous in moving us and also made our stay comfortable by beautiful way they treated us.

Need instructions on use of room key.we kept using wrong side of key card.

no happy hour snacks like at other home 2 locations. also, staff could not answer the question: is there snacks from 5-7. they were not informed.

Everything was excellent! Rooms were spacious and clean! Breakfast was excellent! Great location that is near all the medical spots!

I would recommend the hotel build a cover walking from the hotel to the parking garage for rainy days. It wasn't an inconvenience though. Just a thought :)

the room was spacious and had everything for a comfortable stay. the decor is attractive and up to date. nice bed, sofa, kitchenette. very clean. free bottled water is nice. the gym is spacious and has a lot of weights and cardio machines. the staff is friendly.

strobe-like light from the smoke detector in the room. I was glad I had my eye cover so I could sleep.
