Comfort Suites Sea World/ Lackland

Breakfast was good. The coffee bar was a PLUS. The suites were VERY nice.

The mattress on the sofa sleeper was the worst I have ever encountered. You could feel ALL the cross ribbings. We just closed the bed and slept on the sofa. I also did not appreciate that the beds were made, but obviously dirty linens on the floor for the sofa sleeper were left on the floor in a pile and not replaced.

The staff are helpful and friendly the location is great, check in and check out are super simple and convenient. Breakfast was fully stacked and good.

I did not like that the temperature on the room was left at 64 degrees when it was cold outside, and the room only had one remote control for the TV. Also, the pull out sofa had a stain on it and did not come with an extra blanket. The light switch in the back bedroom was not working.

I really really liked how clean the room was. I felt like the room was a little outdated BUT the room was really really clean. Breakfast had a variety of things and I also like they had two waffle makers which comes in handy when you have a family of 5 to feed.

Only thing I did not like was the attitude the lady who was in charge of breakfast gave. My son and I arrived at 9:20 when breakfast ended at 9:30 am. We were the only ones there besides a young man and she kept staring at us and wiping everything behind us and kept saying she needed to close down the area. She kept hurrying us up and we felt rushed. I understand she needed to close down but we did not make a mess and there was plenty of food left. We were not going to take long. Other than that room was very clean, man in the front was polite as well.

Location was great and not far from our destination. Also breakfast was very delicious.

Well the only downside was when I left I was charged still days after and twice on my account due to staffing after I left didn’t check me out. But they fixed asap after calling and got my refund.

The arrangement of the suite was good and comfortable.

Television network used by comfort suites. How could tv reception be offered without NBC? Also Disney channel was also not offered due to contract negotiations. Not happy about that.

I really liked how it had the separate room. Kids will be asleep in the room. I would close the door and come watch TV on the couch.

The only thing I didn't like it that when we showered the water wouldn't go down. It took awhile for it to go down guess the drain wasn't working well.

Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious . The parking lot is well lit in all parts and there is security all night out side

The parking lot fills up and the back door is locked at night so walking to the front from the back of the parking lot is a bit frustrating

Amy was so sweet and nice very politeful and she helped me to change rooms when they were remodeling next to my room so she was a blessing.

That the pool heating was not on also the jacuzzi wasn't working but like I said they're doing a lot of remodeling so it's going to be awesome real soon.

It was close to the Alamo, the Riverwalk, the Aquarium and many other attractions and restaurants! The girl at the front desk was a bundle of energy and did everything she could to make us happy! The room was big, a suite with 2 TV's, very comfortable!

The shower could have had more pressure but it wasnt bad.
