SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio SeaWorld®/Lackland

Beds were comfortable, bathroom & shower layout was nice. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Breakfast was really good! My family enjoyed the room. The general manger was sooo nice , I explained to her the issue with the bed bug shedding and she immediately gave us a discount. I cannot remember her name but she had glasses and dark hair. Very sweet & understanding!!

When we entered our room it seemed like the housekeeping did a quick job on cleaning . The ice box had sticky stuff. Sheets were full of hair & I’m pretty sure our pull out sofa had bed bugs there were skin sheddings on the sofa. I had to go out and buy a sheet to put on top to make sure. We had to request a cleaning the next morning .

Our sink had a large crack in it. and toilet room door frame had foot long piece missing. Shower room way too small. No room to hang towels and put cosmetics. Sink in toilet room too small. Why not just knock wall out between the two rooms and make one bathroom. Difficult finding space to put things in the bedroom.

it was very comfortable and receptionist was great and very helpful! rooms were very well cleaned and everything was good .

the parking lot was packed and I ended parking next door at the restaurant 54th street. didn’t take 10 minutes to come in and out and my passenger window was cracked and someone tried to break into my truck. unfortunately I went in and came back out due to had other things I needed to go do or they would’ve gotten inside and probably take the whole truck .

Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very nice. The front desk people were lovely. The location was nice as we were in town for a USAF Basic Training graduation. The entrance to the hotel was spaciaous and clean- my son and I were able to hang out and have a cup of coffee. Wish I could have stayed longer. The restaurant that is located across the parking lot was fantastic!!

I needed body lotion in the morning and it was not provided. Oh well- nothing major. Everything else was just fine. The bathrooms were clean.

Beautiful Hotel!!! Love the setup!! Beds were super comfortable… Staff was really nice!! Rooms were clean!!!! Elevators worked!!!!! Which is good cause I get nervous on Elevators!! Seriously awesome property though!!! Will definitely stay here again!!

We did not like the breakfast!!! It was nasty!! The waffles tasted like pure sugar the breakfast burritos tasted like crawfish!!!

The location was great - right next to Target, Walmart, and lots of restaurants. Also, very close to Sea World which is where we were visiting. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. Space is really important for us since we have two toddlers!

The property is clean for the most part. When checking in we noticed we had what appeared to be a dirty comforter, which was quickly replaced by staff. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect if you are looking for something close to the airport.

We stayed at the hotel as a layover before our flight home, and it was wonderful. It is one of the more modern Marriott properties and was very clean and well appointed.

It is primarily a business hotel, and has a teeny pool and not hot tub. Other than that it is great.

Glass shower door wouldn’t close, light out in shower, towel hanger in restroom is trying to fall off.

Staff was extremely helpful with room amenities and attentive to needs. The manager came through at breakfast every morning to greet everyone and ask how our stay was going.
