La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Seaworld LAFB

The breakfast was good, but it did not have a nice selection nor did it compliment the price of the hotels nightly rate. And it closed down way too early for a vacation location. Staff rude when I asked for warm water to dissolve the instant oatmeal. Chaffing pans were empty-with no selections at all, and only egg selection was too spicy. No oatmeal fixed in a pot, had instant packets with lukewarm water. Milk container was empty and they didn't refill it when asked. No fresh fruit either.

pool hours need extended during vacation times to allow families to enjoy the amusement parks and swim at night after a late dinner.

I am in the area often for work, and I've stayed in nearly every hotel on the west side of SA. This is my favorite and the one I will continue to book at. For me, the most important thing in a hotel is quietness and a good white noise fan. The other hotels in the area have kids screaming, doors slamming, thin walls, with disruptive noises going on well into midnight and starting again at 5am. I have never had that issue here! I get great sleep for work and I couldn't ask for anything more.

I wish breakfast had more fruit (bananas)

I been staying in this hotel I think more than 6 times and I am always happy but this last time the front desk lady was starting to make me upset, asking me for my ID after I give her my passport and I have my card under my name never had they ask me for my ID after I show my password so I took it personal. Then she made a face while asking I don’t know probably it was just me

The only bad thing was Monday morning while my daughter and I were still in the room the lady that cleans the room tried to open my door without letting me know the she was house keeping ..even after I told her we were ok on stuff ..she still went and cleaned the room anyway and I understand that all she was doing was her job ..but when I told her we were good she should not have come in the room at all

clean rooms, pool, location, laundry, modern design, house keeping was nice, overall staff was nice, plenty of pool towels, printer, driving distance to restaurants and attractions

towel shortage but plenty of pool towels, breakfast - no bacon, time - left syrup, door closes right at 9am, went right back to get it, front desk states breakfast lady probably done - no attempt to open door or call to check. and laundry price need to be lowered.

First of all the price. The rooms were super clean, the tub was so clean it looks almost new , they have a great cleaning crew to keep up the rooms like this. The have several options for breakfast, that was great for us traveling with 3 adult kids , the location is excellent, restaurant around , Walmart, and SeaWorld very short drive. Friendly front desk , coffe and tea bar open 24/7 .. overall an excellent stay.. i give the 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! We will definitely be back.

The room comfort and amenities were superb. The fitness area was extremely well equipped and super clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and well stocked with various products and offered many options. The staff cleaning and serving at dining area were a gem. I would absolutely recommend this place to small families, is well located and close to many attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

Just a minor misunderstanding with reception staff upon check in but situation was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

The location of this hotel was great for our needs. We went to SeaWorld and it was very close. There were many places nearby to have dinner at and this made it easy since we had kids with us. The place was very clean and it stayed that way the 3 nights we were there. I would greatly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I would have liked a room with a sofa-bed but the room was still a good size.

The check-in process was fast and easy. My kids always enjoy having their own queen bed and having enough room to play gameboards. The breakfast was delicious and they had a good variety of food.

The pool was a little small and too many people swimming at the same time but overall we had a great time.

The breakfast was very good. The selection was good too. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our maid, Melissa was awesome. We enjoyed the gym and there was a good selection of equipment to use. Really a nice stay.

Our room was above the office on front side and at night we could hear vehicles pulling up to the office, etc. Those sensitive to sound may find it noisy at night. We wished there was a hot tub :(
