Overall, everything was great about staying here. The location was great. The staff and hotel itself were great. The breakfast wasn't bad either. I love the 12 pm checkout.

We had a 3 day, 2 night stay and room service never came to our room. They were in the hallway but skipped our room, which meant it was never cleaned by staff. I had to clean it and go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. The pool stayed crowded, and other guests weren't mindful about sharing the pool. Playing football in the pool, which is fine if they're mindful of the babies they were hitting and making go under water. I feel staff could've monitored that better, and there was never a restock of towels in the pool area.

Breakfast was crazy it was a free for all guest had zero respect for people inline . The water pressure in my room was sub par When I arrived my tv remote had no batteries I went to front desk and asked for towels and pillows and the batteries they couldn't give them too me I had to wait for housekeeping to bring them too me hours later I had to ask twice the second time it was taken care of

Room was tidy and convenient for casual travelers. I liked the toiletry dispensers. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast options offered were great.

Breakfast was challenging and didn't make for a great start to the day. There were so many people on Sunday morning and not nearly enough seats for all of the families. Trash left everywhere. Long line down the hallway for waffle maker. We waited in that line for a good 10 min. before realizing it was just for waffles, when we didn't want waffles. Also long line for toaster as an alternative. Ran out of milk more than once. Not enough staff available to help manage all of the people and item refresh. Overall, seems like the amenity areas were too small for the number of guests the property houses.

It was a very nice decent hotel at an affordable price. The breakfast was okay but not many options. There were a few things I wasn't happy with but overall it was better than most hotels I have stayed at. The staff we friendly and helpful.

There was a used dirty towel hanging in my restroom that was left behind. The towel that goes on the floor was also dirty. I was also in real need of a microwave which apparently are not available in the rooms and are not available to request. You have to go down to the lobby if you need to microwave something. Very inconvenient.

Breakfast. Dark room. Nice size room and bed. No tub. Walk in shower is excellent. Front desk had what we needed. Easy access to main roads. Staff at breakfast and front desk excellent. Plenty of parking.

Trash dumpster emptied at 6am everyday morning outside our room. Very loud and noisy early. Parking lot had a bit of trash. Pillows a bit to soft.

Beds are super comfy and the location to Seaworld is the best and with a Hooters across the street.

So, the negatives were the many vehicles that were broken into including one of my family members truck. According to police they visit this hotel like 4 times a week and the front desk is aware of this all and has done nothing to provide security on the parking lot.
