Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch

Lovely property far enough but also close enough to the riverwalk. Luxurious property with many amenities! Great hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool with waterslides. We had a one bedroom with full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Unit was very clean and inviting. If you stay at this property, you can also access the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort which is located less than a mile from this property!

The property is a timeshare with Hyatt and you will get a hard sell on attending the presentation. My hubby was very stern and declined the invitation. They did call the room a few times during our stay, but we did not answer the phone!

You get allot for your money here... The 2 bdr suite was awesome with the all white everything, beds just plush. The lazy river was never crowded so relaxing & the view, it's nice! The pools yes pools with slides will keep the kids entertained. I'm at the bar 😎 My family loved it, we are going to make it a tradition...Wild Oaks & Sea World 🥰

Lack of parking, if you get a good shot closer to your room, you better stay parked 😁 The ceiling fans are tricky to get working, I gave up on one. But there were double balconies OMG I can't complain

The facilities were great. The pools were warm and clean. Plenty to do all over the resort with entire family. There were a couple things closed but they offered the free pass to their sister location about 5 minutes away that did have additional options available, including what was closed.

Extended hours for the fire pit for smores. One of the slides lacked power and my 5 and 8 year old's would get stuck due to lack of water pressure. More luggage carts available would be nice, as there were only two and we had to wait on arrival and upon leaving.

Lazy river - grounds of property well kept

Questionable smoking policy - housekeeping person said people can smoke and even on balcony. We didn't experience anyone smoking except as we were going back to our room someone was smoking outside but when I questioned that to a housekeeping person he said that smoking was allowed in common area and balcony. It's supposed to be a smoke free property. Please train staff of rules or change brochure and website on policy. My husband is highly allergic to cigarette smoke.

The ranch and grounds are beautiful. My kiddos loved the lazy river and water slides. My husband and I enjoyed corn hole and shuffle board. The ranch offered more then we expected. Our 2 room suit was spacious and comfortable. We will be returning.

The only thing was directions. The signs for amenities are not clear or lead to a locked gate. We basically explored until we found what we were looking for, which was fine because we found things we weren't expecting.

It is in a great location. Great zip code. This area is very upscale. We had armed security on the grounds. The suite was imaculate. It had even top quality kitchen ware and appliances. The base is approx 20 min away. Seaworld 5 min. Use the conciere for briefing. We will return

The bar and only resturant closes at 5. I understand being understaffed. But at least do a trial with the bars open. Until 9pm. Try this for one month to have an accurate sample. Granted tips will vary depending om customer. This is why you need a long enough sample. You will make a huge profit amd even tips for bar tender. Serve simple snacks. Chips popcorn..nuts etc. Bar food.

It was a great place for the whole family to enjoy. The one bedroom suite was big and spacious for a family of 4. That includes 3 adults and 1 child. Live that this room includes all the kitchen appliances and essential needed to cook for breakfast and dinners which save time to enjoy the more activities and save money on restaurants

Didnt like that our refrigerator was not cool enough for the drinks and food we had. The freezer work great though. Didnt like that ice coolers are not allowed in the lazy river area to keep snacks are drinks cool for the kids.

loved the lazy river - stayed in it for 4-1/2 hours; beautiful property and landscaping. Our studio room was very nicely appointed. Liked the separate seating area and the kitchenette had everything we needed.

The room was pretty dark -- the front door was blocked from any views by a utility/storage room and the back terrace - while it had a really nice leafy view of the trees - got very little sunlight, and interior lighting was low. The negative/warning signs everywhere about all of the rules are a bit much. If we can't bring coolers, Yeti's, etc into the lazy river area, it would be helpful to have the drink/snack bar down by the lazy river open.

The room was amazing. We had a two br 2 bath suite. I had a kitchen, a jacuzzi with jets, separate, a spacious balcony, and with a great view of trees and city. There was a lot of things ro do on the property. The staff was great and criendly. Matt(I think it was) even came to show me how to use the coffee machine. I enjoyed everything.

This property is amazing. the cleanliness and ranch style facility is amazing and fresh. It’s very home welcoming. The staff is so friendly and satisfied your every request/need. This is family oriented for sure. Their lazy river is so perfect and relaxing with their indoor/outdoor pool. Its very fresh.

I love how opened it is. It’s a walking Resort/spa. They have a Sauna, steam room and so much more to explore and do. You are never bored. And don’t plan on being in your room for to long. This place makes you want to keep busy. It’s that enjoyable! Definitely Recommend.
