Pinn Road Inn and Suites Lackland AFB and Seaworld

It smelled wonderful. The room was so clean and all the amenities they had for us was great. The kitchen was packed with the cookware, dishware, and cutlery. We didn't need to ask for anything. I was worried, because the surrounding area and it's noticeably an older building, they they've maintained it well. It was a diamond in the ruff. The pictures of the room look exactly how I saw it online. I was so nervous when I booked it, but when I walked in....I was in awe.

Continental breakfast, but that didn't really bother us because we used our kitchen and brought our food with us. I guess that I brought more things than necessary.... disposable cups, plates, etc (I've needed them in chain accomodations before). No really, there was nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel has a very good price for what it delivers. Room is huge, including a sofa and full kitchen and is very clean. The location is good if you have a car because it is near the highway that goes directly to downtown (10-15 min drive).

Breakfast is served in the reception with only one small table to sit. If there is someone already in it, you need to get things and go back to your apartment. And on the one day we did that the toaster triggered the smoke detector that went on with an alarming sound very early in the morning. Variety of things in the breakfast could also be better. Water from the shower oscilated between very hot and cold sometimes.

I was coming over here to San Antonio, Texas on a business trip nearby this hotel and I wanted an really nice quiet area and nice rooms trust me this place had it all first when I arrived here I was greeted really nicely and the staff was very friendly and the lobby was really great looking and it also had an nice smell inside the lobby the staff even gave me some snacks and water bottle it was quite and experience I preferred this property to my friends and family and if you're reading my review I would say you go here and stay too.

The Family Suite was awesome! Two room suite with three beds, complete kitchen and bathroom. Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. Plenty of space for my family and I to spread out. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in and check-out process easy and smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing really bad to report other than the hair dryer didn't work in our room but not a deal breaker. Toilet water would run randomly and affect the temperature of the water in the shower but again, not a deal breaker.

This was a queen suite, with a kitchenette. Bathroom was on other side of the kitchen which was nice for more privacy and less noise. We arrived late at night and we were afraid we would be disappointed because they had few cars in the parking lot, but we were very pleased. Its an older motel, but extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. We slept well. Will stay again. Seemed like a safe area.

No breakfast option, but there is a great restaurant on the same block.

Inside looks like it’s gotten fresh coat of paint and all fixtures are news. Very clean no sticky floors no broken fixtures and u cant really hear any outside noise. The staff is very friendly and do their best to accommodate. Near restaurants for quick lunch or dinner and there is a small bakery across the street great for breakfast on the go.

Noticed the ac needed a clean so washed and cleaned the air filter as well as the outside of the ac but it worked great and cooled the room without much noise. King room not big but had everything we needed and even fit the additional twin size cot we asked for since I don’t feel safe cosleeping with out 2 month old. Will stay again

Staff was exceptional. Obvious that they took great care of their guests. Informative and courteous.

Though the surrounding areas were rather questionable, one would never know from this property. We were very comfortable, very safe, without any worries at all. Other guests were also social and hospitable. Pleasant stay all the way around.

They have really cleaned the place up. We love the kitchenette that has everything. Staff very friendly and accommodating. we stay every time we go to San Antonio. right on bus route to downtown Riverwalk. VFW right across the street. Very convenient for us.

The rain

This is the 2nd time staying at the property and the entire staff are incredible? We checked in late due to having some roadside trouble on our way here and the lady at the front desk showed genuine concern over our well being. Sh made our entire family feel right at home and even offered us a special rate on our next stay. You cannot beat customer service that actually puts the customer first and guarantees you return in the future. If I could give them 10 stars out of five it would be well deserved.

Parking is limited and other customers show little in the way of consideration for others when taking a space. If you go out for the night to have fun or dinner, etc, come back early or drop off your vehicle and get picked up cuz other customers will park in "your spot" directly in front of you room. Or they'll drive giant trucks or SUVs and not respect the painted lines?

The Indian man at the front office was very polite. We asked for extra pillows and he brought them up promptly. We stayed for 1 night for our children's swim meet in a 2 bedroom suit. Towels are white and clean, beddings are clean. The bed in one bed room is small; not comfortable for my husband and me. The kitchen is clean although we do not use it. The fridge is very clean. The bathroom is clean although the toilet is a bit old. Hot water is good. Some shampoo/conditioner/body wash will be convenient for one night stay. The room curtain is not covered the whole window so the room is not dark enough for sleeping well. However, cleanliness is the most important thing to us and the hotel meets that standard.

Bigger curtain to cover the light from outside to make room dark for sleeping at night. Moving a bigger bed to the smaller room will be better. No shampoo/conditioner/body wash is a negative. People also talk loudly late at night outside but it is just other guests chatting.
