tv problems and dryer didn’t work

The staff was super friendly and understanding. Just sucked I had to pay for a night I wasn’t able to use because I got a flat tire in Hillsboro, TX and couldn’t drive on a donut until I got my tire fixed the next day. but the lady was able to check me in so I didn’t lose my room. They gave us a room downstairs closest to the front desk as requested for safety for my son and I. They don’t allow food in the rooms for breakfast due to people trashing the room and getting food on the floor which is totally understandable.

There was a back gate that was closed and locked which made it hard to get to Walmart and other shopping areas. We had to exit onto the survive road and do a Uturn to go back in order to go to Walmart and food.

It‘s clean, there are no mosquitoes, flies and cockroach lights, and I don’t see any tramps nearby, so it‘s safe. In particular, free parking and barbecue areas bring a lot of convenience. The service staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The price is reasonable. I originally planned to stay for two days, but it was very comfortable and added another day. the Positive feedback for 5 stars!

Had continental breakfast. Room was a nice size and clean.

There were a lot of construction workers that stay there so their dirt was left in the hallway. The evening receptionist was not friendly at all, was on her phone and would not acknowledge you.

Front desk personal,from the check in person to checkout person all were kind and friendly. Breakfast Security and locking of gates overnight.

100 cash deposit.Ive stayed at the other locations and none were that amount of deposit.Although I've always received my full deposit back it would be better to only give half that amount.

I liked the location. The staff where great and the breakfast was nice.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The bedding had stains on it and so did the chairs. Carpets had rips in the and the bath tub had hair in it.

This was an excellent stay. Staff was very courteous and polite. Room was clean and fresh. I travel bi-monthly to San Antonio and will book here again. My only negative comment is because of health issues I requested a downstairs room when I booked, but I got an upstairs room that was located at the end the farthest from the elevator so it caused be some discomfort when going and leaving my room.

We stayed here for couple days, friendly staff, clean room, great location, and fresh breakfast. The Texas shaped waffles were the best! The pool opens up to 10 pm and always clean, it was nice to chill by the pool after long fun days. Even when we checked out, they greeted the boys and haded us a gift bag with some snacks and water for the road trip. 😊 Thank you and keep up the good work!
