Home2 never disappoints. We came with our 2 daughters and it was plenty of room. We love having the option of the pull out couch in case the kids don't want to share a bed. The beds are always comfortable and we like having the curtain to separate the living/dining room from the beds. The complimentary breakfast is always delicious.

We placed a do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping still came in, they didn't clean only provided new towels which was appreciated but we didn't really want anyone in the room which is why we placed the sign on the door. There was one broken towel holder in the bathroom but didn't effect us much. We just pointed it out for repair to the staff. One morning g at breakfast a woman came in with her dog while everyone was eating, no service dog vest or anything. It was the end of breakfast for us at that point. It would be nice if it was made clear that dogs aren't allowed in food service areas unless they are legal service dogs.

They lay out was good. It was very clean and welcoming. We were greeted upon walking in the door and offered the things that we may have needed instead of having to ask later. Breakfast was amazing. Jacob was very attentive and worked very hard. Even when one staff member wasn't able to assist me with something, just him asking how was everything, led to him getting me the one thing I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure that guest were ok all while keeping things clean and neat. It was cool watching him work the room. He was amazing.

I think the only complaint would be the temperature of the tbe pool, but hey. It's an indoor pool.

*I love the location! closer to SeaWorld & Acuática, 20 minutes or so from Alamo. *Hotel is new everything was nice and clean *breakfast was good *Easy check in and check out process *Big parking lot *Spacious rooms and modern with great storage

*Not kids friendly, I received a call from the staff because my kids was running inside the room( 4th floor) (1 1/2 year old & 5 years old) and they was complaining.😐👎 *The studio doesn't have a stove👎 * They need to add more baggage cars.I spend a lot of time trying to find a luggage car.👎

Room was clean,spacious with lots of drawers and cabinets. The TV was large and the kitchen had everything we needed. The fitness center was great and so was the indoor pool.

I didn’t like the Breakfast set up. Eating in the lobby was not what I expected Two separate areas with different foods meant having to walk from one area of the lobby to the other. Our room also did not have a working fan in the bathroom which is necessary when you shower or use the bathroom. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. The springs felt like they were coming through and it was squeaky when you turned in the bed

I liked that it was spacious and clean. Nice breakfast and friendly, courteous staff.

My bed was worn on one side so the mattress probably needs to be rotated or flipped from time to time. You can see that some maintenance is needed (cracks in the ceiling, paint peeling from the corners, stains on the carpet). This is not against the hotel or staff, but the guests that were above me were really loud and noisy. It sounded like little kids were running and jumping with loud thuds and bumps for about 3 hours straight on Sep 23rd. I called the front desk twice and they went to the other guests twice asking them to lower the noise. I honestly thought they would come crashing through the roof it was that bad. I'm sure that room or furniture was in need of repairs when they left.

The supervisor there I forget her name but she was so nice and helped me. The place is very clean, has a gym, and the rooms are amazing.

The night shift is so much nicer than the day shift. They greeted everyone who walked in or out everytime while the day shift pretty much ignores you. I was handing my key to someone in a Cruella costume and she wouldn't even take it from me or speak. She just pointed at another lady who also took the key without saying thank you, or asking if I enjoyed my stay. Terrible customer service. But the late afternoon night crew were exceptional!!!

I was super impressed with the breakfast attendants. They kept things well stocked. Our room was very spacious which always helps when you have a family of 5. My 11 year old said she slept great on the fold out. Shower had great water pressure and our AC worked great. We booked here because it was close to Sea World; the drive was quick and easy.

The protein options at breakfast weren't too appetizing a couple of days but...it's still easier than going to look for breakfast somewhere else. We also found it very difficult to find somewhere to sit at breakfast but we went at 9:00 and most families probably had the same idea of sleeping in a little.

I have a toddler!!This was new and clean..I loved that I didn't have to sanitize myself..Because as soon as I walked in..I could see new faculty, clean,great staff ,and area..Will be back..And suggest this one if you like cleanliness for your family. Especially if you have the Littles that are into everything..Breakfast was great..But would of loved bacon 🥓, and more fresh fruit selection.. Just my personal preference.. The area is clean and safe..

Loved everything..There wasn't one complain

Loved how spacious our room was ,with a full size fridge and even have a smart TV to stream. The continental breakfast was good the staff were all good and location was only 10min to seaworld.

Not a deal breaker but would've been nice to have extra pillows/blankets in the room. The Housekeeping phoneline was down and limited staff downstairs to help with the front desk gentleman. But he was doing his best with managing everything.

Breakfast was awesome I enjoyed having sausages one morning and bacon the next the fruit was good yogurt eggs waffles were wonderful I’m not a big pancake fan but my grand children work are To top it off everything was clean and staff was great

I didn’t like the fact that it took too long to get your waffles it always there was only one line but once I get the big fluffy waffle it was worth it standing in the long line
