Homewood Suites by Hilton Falls Church

We showed up about 7pm Friday night, Gladys Was Amazing!! She checked us in with a wonderful experience. The kids had time to use the pool, key was demagnetized, font desk had no problem with the issue. 4 luggage carts that were available and plenty of hand sanitizer and wipes to use. Room clean, although when we discovered the sofa bed, the linens did need to be changed. No biggie Gladys had sheets ready when we asked in moments. Pool and hot tub 👍🏾 we enjoyed it, clean towels and plenty of places to sit. Breakfast! Breakfast! Breakfast!!!!! The free breakfast was the best I have ever had PERIOD. Those people in the kitchen COOK You a real meal. Saturday they made real bacon and real fried eggs so that you could make a sandwich with the bagels or biscuits. Home made muffins. Not store bought. These women(or whomever ever else work in that kitchen) feed you like you are in a restaurant. They have oatmeal and cereal and things as well. Sunday we had the standard make your own waffles (the kids were looking forward to that since Friday night lol) they had caramel/chocolate/strawberry/whipped cream as topping. And the MUFFINS but today the eggs they made were a quiche a delicious quiche. With turkey sausage patties and onion and pepper potatoes (they made those on Saturday as well). I have never had a free breakfast that good at ANY place I have stayed. Anything we needed when Gladys was on the clock was no issue. All other staff encounters were also pleasant. Washer and dryer on first floor 👍🏾dryer is free and washer $2. I could go on but I think I covered it. This is a 5 Star to my family and I.

The way some people treat the staff. We must show them respect, they are really hard working people.

Very roomy, feel like home. Great size for my family (4 people and 1 dog) Love that it has a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure.

Pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast was good the first few days, they did change it up some. It was always eggs and a meat (ham, sausage, bacon) would have like to have more options.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location was good. Breakfast was great every morning.

No shuttle service, beds were small.

No big issues. It took a bit for the hot water come up in the shower and sink. We miss the hotel transport to the transit station at Dunn Loring.

Breakfast was delicious, with offerings of eggs, bacon, and sausage plus milk and coffee and fresh fruit. Oats and cold cereal were there, but I preferred the hot food. I especially loved the indoor pool and exercise room.

There was no gluten-free bread or muffins.

Anyway, their breakfast, swimming pool, free parking, clean bedroom with the kitchen, laundry with free dry, customer service, its great location to restaurants and stores makes it fantastic.

Do not forget to request your room to be cleaned and the bed sheet to be changed. They won't knock or open your door even to remove your trashes.

Our 2 bedroom was spacious. Plus the beds were very comfortable! Its hard to find 2 bedroom suites with king beds! Loved the late 12pm check out as well! Staff was very friendly despite our 2am extra washcloth request. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

The staff was lovely and helpful with all of our needs!! Specially Marey and Siddiq were amazing!!!

I liked everything.

The quiet. The space. The location.

Outdoor lighting is inadequate. Having a door into the facility not respond to the key. That caused us to have to drag our luggage to the front entrance through very dark areas. The TV channel listing we were given did not truly match what came up on the screen.

Although functional, the hotel is very dated looking on the inside with all of the decor and amenities.
