The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner

It’s in a great location. The hotel itself is beautiful and well cared for. We love Ritz Carlton because of the service. No matter where you are in the hotel, every employee is warm, accommodating, and friendly. I want to give special thanks to our server at breakfast who went out of her way to make sure my daughter was happy. My daughter has special needs and requested things that were not on the menu. Our server went all the way down to housekeeping to find a box of cereal. She was so kind and it made our breakfast much more peaceful and satisfying.

Perhaps more education at check-in about all the services the hotel has to offer.

Everyone is very accommodating! The amount of champagne I was offered complementary throughout my stay was insane but oh so welcomed. We are here for a little staycation/hubby’s birthday and they left something special for us in our room to enjoy together! That was such a nice little touch! Thank you for taking care of us! We also had the best spa service ever and the hotel has its own access to the Galleria!

Pleasant stay for one night, hotel staff was more than gracious it being the holidays. Hotel provided free little tid bits for guests to pick up, cookies, wine, cider and such. Room was big, bright, sunlit and spacious! Housekeeping provided all the extra amenities I asked for and concierge was so helpful and friendly! All in all a great stay for a first RC experience!

We didn’t eat at the hotel, but had a few drink and desserts at the bar and it was great. The shuttle was great bonus Alfred happened to be our driver all the time and he was awesome, first rate as was all the other staff throughout the hotel.

There was a smell like musty/sewer smell in the hallway.

Loved the location! The hotel was within walking distance and driving distance to the venues we attended.

I didn't like that our tickets needed to be validated at the front desk each time we left and returned to the hotel. I felt like this was more so a hassle. I think there should be a front desk representative closer to the garage to validate tickets so guests won't have to walk to the main front desk each time. Also, I didn't like that there were four elevators and only two working during our stay. We spent countless time just waiting in line to board the elevator. Very disappointing for the Ritz. I expected better!

Everything! The staff were beyond incredible, next level comfort and convenience, and was just a top notch experience.

Our fault for misunderstanding, but the included breakfast in the restaurant is a completely different menu from what’s listed on the menu in the rooms.

Great location. The breakfast was good. I also had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. They offer a sushi menu on certain evenings. My sushi was delicious, the service fantastic.

During the last two times I've stayed there the hotel has been under construction. Therefore only one restaurant was open and the spa had a limited schedule. The staff handled it very well.

Excellent breakfast for the two mornings we were there. As well as a very good dinner on the first night at the Entyse Bar & Grill. Bar man on early Saturday evening was friendly and very helpful as we were trying to pick out a wine for that coming evening. The chocolate covered strawberries that were sent to our room after we checked in was wonderful. We were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary. And I also loved the quality of the bath robes. I actually bought one! Love it!!!

A little costly but well worth the expense since we were celebrating a big event!

This was our first time coming to this hotel and it did not disappoint! This was my all time favorite hotel stay yet! They staff was very friendly and accommodating! I left a message when I booked informing the staff it was our anniversary and they delivered! This place was amazing !

I didn’t know that the room did not come with a fridge or microwave (guest king room) and I also didn’t know that you could ask for it and they will bring it to you.

The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are spacious. A little far from the city but close to malls and offices.

It's too far form the center. If you are staying here make sure that you are close to your destination.
