Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center

A great place to chill and shopping

One of the staff judged me based on the way I look which was so harmful, but I just take it and feel sorry for that situation especially that my family members were listening to what that guy said.

Customer service is very good. Called to ask for extra pillows and towels. They were delivered to the room quickly. Front desk helpful and polite. This is rare in many hotels. Some hotels after calling front desk for help they just ignore it. I het the impression this particular Hyatt Regency Tysons Corners is very well run.

For an upscale hotel like this one, there is no real coffee creamers in the room, only the powdered ones. I thought that was subpar. Almost all the hotels now have liquid coffee creamers now.

We stayed at Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center for our anniversary and it was the perfect getaway. Tysons Corner has so many fun things to do & great restaurants. After an evening on the plaza & dinner we got to stay in the most beautiful & comfortable room ever! Such a win-win & I highly recommend this place! FYI, next time we will probably buy the breakfast option they offer on the 5th floor for Hyatt members. You don't have to be a member and you can pay in advance or pay at check-in.

The location of my room was great especially the view. Easy access to the barrel and bushel right out of the elevator. The private bathroom was so nice and we were able to extend our check out time one hour just so we could keep enjoying our room alittle longer

Honestly there wasn’t anything about this visit that I didn’t like. The iron in my room was leaky so as long as I didn’t put water into it then it was alright to use. I did not find anything wrong with my stay :)

The hotel has excellent location, which is closed to shopping mall, office buildings and Metro Silver Line. When one family member was working and other ones are able to visit Washing DC via the Metro system within 30 minutes. The room is clean and the WiFi speed is pretty well and stable for business work.

The pressure of water shower was not stable: sometimes was very low and sometimes was good. It's not expected.

Excellent location, right next to the Tysons Corner Center mall, walking distance to the Tyson metro station (Silver line), which takes you to Washington DC and the Dulles Airport.

There was no breakfast included with the stay, but I think it makes sense since there is a Starbucks next to it, and also other options inside the mall.

My stay was fabulous. Aso, during my stay it was the first day of the summer concert series, which included a band who sang a variety of songs and had a great band which I could see and hear from my room, as well as attend in person on the ground level. The diversity of people all having a great time, and enjoying the music was awesome.

Discounts on the rate would be great.

The hotel was modern and had an outdoor area to hang out. The Rooftop cocktail hour added to the social hour. I liked the walk in shower space and guiding lights that automatically turned on when my feet hit the floor. The hotel was a short walk, even in heels, to an excellent resturant called Eddie V's.

The parking on different levels to get to the hotel was an issue.

This was my first time staying at this location, as I have never been to Tyson's Corner before. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. This was a gem. One of the best experiences I have had in a long time. My husband and I will certainly be back. Great location and distance from surrounding attractions.

I honestly can't think of anything. Being as though this was my first time, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only downside was that it rained the entire weekend. We still had a great time despite it though.

The room felt brand new and clean and was spacious and nicely decorated. We also loved the lighting. The bathroom was gorgeous and the shower quality and look felt like a spa!

I don't really have any complaints about our stay, but only one side of the bed had the automated motion light working and not the other. (great feature for anybody who has to get up in the middle of the night)
