Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner

The facilities were very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I like the secure parking and elevators. I felt very safe there.

I didn't appreciate that I wasn't notified of the $50 hold fee for incidentals. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time so I could've planned for it.

The room was great, more spacious than I thought it'd be. Free wifi is always a plus, checking in and out was a breeze, and there's complimentary coffee and hot water in the lobby. Didn't try breakfast but it was available. Location is decent, there are a few restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

Not a huge difference but the parking price was $10 instead of the $6 I saw mentioned on here somewhere. They also sent an email saying masks were still required but that wasn't the case at all, pretty disappointing.

I loved how well kept, up to date and clean the property was. That was totally unexpected, but it was very very nice! The rooms, hallways and lobby were very nice. I also like that there is on street parking so I didn't have to pay for the garage if I didn't want to. Also, the location is pretty central to a lot of things. I was able to walk to the metro station to catch the train into DC.

The breakfast could have been better. I was excited that they offered coffee with the good creamers but when I Came down for breakfast it was out both in the lobby and in the restaurant. There was no butter - the attendant stated they were out and the food wasn't very warm. I think the attendant could have used some help, she was kind of scrambling to help the people that were eating breakfast and it wasn't that many. That was the only disappointment. I was glad the breakfast was free, I would have been very upset if I had to pay for it

No where to park when checking in. The coffee maker in the room did not work

Everyone was very accommodating. Mohammad, the bartender, was a joy to talk to. Very interesting, engaging and professional. The desk staff were very helpful in every way. After going to the Wolf Trap show,( Jethro Tull ), I came back to the hotel and slept like a baby ! I would encourage anyone to use this hotel for any upcoming needs. I can't commend the personnel and facilities enough. First rate and spot on.

The fact that I am " old school" and had to increase my learning curve on card tapping for elevators, door locks, etc. No worries, I endured and got with the program.

Great location. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Great and plenty snack selection downstairs if you get hungry and want a beer. I also like the secured parking lot. If you are not a guest, you can't park there. $10 to park was cheap, wish it was free but compared to other hotels it is not a bad price.

Honestly the bacon was not cooked all the way. The coffee was disgusting. The breakfast was overpriced as a hotel guest. If it wasn't for my 75 year old grandmother who needed to eat fast so she can take her meds, I would have gone out for breakfast.

Front desk staff and lounge staff (breakfast) was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We felt safe and secure due to the security measures taken at the parking deck and elevators. You need a key card to get into both!!👍🏼👍🏼 Room was spacious, clean and comfortable!! We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of waters. 💜 Glad that there was end tables on BOTH sides of the bed. LOVED the walk-in shower and size of the bathroom along with the pump shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Much nicer then itty bitty sample bottles😀😀 Breakfast buffet was yummy. Great selection of food! Eggs, bacon sausage, seasoned potatoes, pancake with powdered sugar, waffles, yogurt, fresh blueberries, strawberries, pineapple and cantaloupes. A variety of muffins, danishes and bread to toast. A selection on of 3-4 juices, coffee tea milks. It was AMAZING⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I liked the parking garage. Elevators are pretty quick. The restaurant inside the hotel was convenient.If the staff says the grilled chicken is good....It's Amazing!!! It was nice to relax and enjoy dinner after a long day.Beds were cozy. Room was clean and fairly updated.Every staff member we encountered was extremely kind.

There was nothing to really dislike. I would just note that the lever to release the water from the sink is in the very back of the faucet🤣. I finally asked my son to help me find it.

Amazing reception, very warm and friendly in general. The hotel is well located and clean. It's extremely quiet since you only get housekeeping if you ask for it, otherwise you won't hear the constant noise common in other hotels. The gym has a couple of treadmills, and some weights, nothing fancy but still did the job. Remember that if you reserve using booking.com you won't get Hilton Honors rewards.

The bar. Attention was horrible. I'm guessing the guy had a bad day because he seemed like he was about to snap at anyone. When I asked for the menu he just said "grab it yourself, it's over there". That's the entire interaction we had, no reply to a "hello", or "thank you", nothing. Also, I wouldn't recommend the food there.

When I checked in I requested the highest floor available. My customer service agent was nothing short of amazing. She provided me with an excellent room choice. When I arrived back at the front desk 15 minutes later, after locking myself out of the room while gathering ice, the woman again gave me a new set of keys to the room without hesitation. Great First Class Service Indeed!!!!

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was just what I needed to power through the rest of my day. The breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating.
