Great staff, friendly and helpful. Positives: morning coffee, laundry facilities, workout room, nice area to eat or just sit and relax. In-room kitchen facilities.
Bathroom door is too long, almost scrapes the floor. Can’t leave shower mat on floor as it gets stuck in the door. Toilet is in awkward location. Laundry machines didn’t work properly, one washer leaked water constantly, one didn’t spin, one dryer didn’t heat so clothes remained wet.

They charged me six dollars for parking??? UGH. The mattress also was squeaky getting lot use I guess.

The room was comfortable. Staff were professional
walls are not sound proof. One of the staff was a bit rude. When I asked for change to leave a tip. They were delayed in their response and when they finally decided to go ahead a provide me the change , politely the said “for next time you know, I am not a bank” I thought that remark was uncalled for.
