Extended Stay America Suites - Washington, DC - Tysons Corner

Good location and facilities.

Breakfast could have been much better - very little provision.

2 females: room given did not have a secure latch and the front desk offered to move us to another room for the nite and have it repaired the next day. we'd already unpacked and decided to barricade the door instead for one nite. the room was located at the end of the hall ... next to the stairwell leading outside.

bathroom shower curtain was not the cleanest and the carpet was dirty (feet dirty when I showered) Alarm sounded and there was no explanation. saw cleaning staff who said it was the engineers working.

This was the second time staying at this specific location. Can honestly say this time was better due to the renovations that were done in this room were a lot better than the first time(first time here was with a colleague and rented a double queen bed room); the biggest thing was that the bathroom this time was done correctly (RM 211 compared to RM 140<maybe rm 144> just know the bathroom in there looked a bit subpar and the water pressure coming out of the sink wasn't that great). OH and this time also had a remote that worked correctly with the TV not an universal one that wouldn't let me utilize the tv guide.

Need to go in and change the fridge door to open in towards the room not towards the entrance. Make sure to upgrade/fix the dressers since some of the slides were a bit messed up.

The offer of breakfast and the size of the room and convenience of having everything in the room was nice. Plus the location was awesome. The time it took to get in the room was a plus because it was a last minute booking.

It was a bit tedious to have to constantly ask for silverware or towels and the breakfast was small.

The room was spacious and we loved having the kitchenette.

There were a few non-essential things broken/in disrepair in our room (ie. lights by the nightstand didn’t work, soap tray ripped off in bathtub), but it wasn’t a huge deal. We were also a little disappointed in the grab and go breakfast. It was only oatmeal packets chocolate chip muffins, or granola bars.

I arrived super early I like 9 AM and there weren’t any rooms available but the manager came out and let me tell you she’s so nice!!!! one of the best experiences I’ve had with a manager at a hotel, and I travel all the time she found a room for me. Let me check in early and has been nothing but help for my entire stay. 10/10 best customer service here

I liked everything, whenever I stay at stay América I feel at home, because it's very quite, it's super cozy! And their coffee is delicious! the bed is super comfortable! all staff are kind And the manager is a sweetie who always helps me find a quiet room! I really like and recommend stay america! and also the housekeeper tantan, she is super cute!

I liked the accommodating staff. There has also been some nice renovations since my last stay. The stairwells, hallway carpet and paint was needed and it looks and smells great! Free parking is a plus for this area. Location is a big factor, too. Great availability to food and various outlets.

My shower had used soap and shampoo. Ice machines would have been nice, but the friendly front desk staff provided me with ice trays. The selection of the continental breakfast was depleted by 7:30 a.m.

I like the location, and price was fair. I didn’t know much of this hotel, but I am glad now I do.

they have kitchen but no utensils, pots and plates, so no use for the amenity.
