Really nice room, clean space, the front desk girl was very helpful.

Power went out on the first night due to a terrible storm. Definitely not the hotels fault, but it felt like the front desk people were stuck having to handle all the guests questions without the managers help for a long period of time. I would have liked to see the manager arrive quicker to advise guests since AC was out and it was 90°. The front desk staff did the best they could with very little info from upper management!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean and had pretty much everything we needed, including a large fridge and a dishwasher. Comfortable queen beds. Good blackout curtains keep the rooms dark at night. Free washing machines and dryers are on the premises. There are outdoor sitting areas and barbecue facilities on the grounds.

Just a few small things: There were only 4 knives, forks, spoons, plates, mugs, etc. A few more of each would have been helpful. The curtains cannot be pushed aside far enough to let in plenty of natural light during the day.

Great value, location. Very clean. Loved having 2 bedrooms, dining area, mini kitchen, etc. Smelled nice. Fridge was a good size. Lots of storage space. Good thermostat. Close to DC but out of the traffic. Felt very safe. Near great restaurants, grocery stores. Front desk was always open. Netflix available. Convenient elevators. Coffee at the front desk was great. Would 100% stay there again.

Bathroom doors didn't close or lock well. The couch was hard as a brick. The sink had a clog somewhere down the line. Hot water heater turned up too high. Could be a little noisy - not sure if it was because of our neighbors or the walls.

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was really a great feature. The parking lot was spacious, and I didn't have any trouble parking a full-size SUV. The price was reasonable and the location was great. It's close to DC, and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff was friendly and I didn't have any trouble getting extra pillows and towels.

It would have been nice if there was more than 1 chair in the room, but that's a very minor complaint.

The room was amazing. Very clean and very spacious. I have stayed in a lot of places, but my expectations were met above and beyond. I also enjoyed the complimentary makeup wipes and full kitchen! Definitely felt like a home away from home.

My TV did not work. Every time I tried to turn it on, it would tell me that there was no service and the cable box was not turned on. I did not call the front desk, because it was not a deal breaker, but it was a bit of an annoyance to have to watch TV on my phone when the flatscreen was right there.

Awesome location, very friendly and accommodative staff. The room size was perfect, and it felt roomy and comfortable for 2 people to sit in 2 different rooms and work remotely. Kitchen was well setup and the presence of nearby grocery chain stores made it easy to cook some simple dishes

The sofa-bed design was slightly uncomfortable with a wooden frame in the middle, and the cushion was not thick enough to absorb that..

I like the affordable price, the convenience of parking. The spacious suit. The area had shopping stores. Room was very clean. Staff friendly. Check in super easy. Check out super easy.

The bed was hard & only 1 elevator in the building we stayed in. No breakfast or pool. Only two carts for luggage. The couch was hard too. But we made it work. Packing was okay. Should come with price. No balconies.

Location was good 5min drive to a subway where you can park and travel into DC. Laundry Facilities, help when travelling for a long time, it was free as well. Free Coffee and tea station at reception. Parking was reasonable.

No Safe in the room, we did not have a closed cupboard. There was an open frame to place clothes in. No hangars. No Breakfast on site.

The rooms we're really nice and comfortable, the neighborhood was also friendly. My friend and I really liked the room and would honestly stay here again!

The only problem we really had was the TV, we we're struggling with setting up our console (Nintendo Switch) to the TV but the HDMI was a bit confusing to switch around with. Other than that though. Great night

I booked a 1 room suite and got upgraded for free to a 2 room suite which was perfect for us and our baby! The front desk associate was so helpful and friendly. It’s a new building and very clean. There’s an Aldi in the parking lot next door so it’s very convenient for grabbing food to cook in the room!
