Falls Church Marriott Fairview Park

This property was perfectly located just outside DC. It was the perfect “home base” for our daily adventures! We travelled to Gettysburg, Wolftrap National Park, Alexandria and Washington DC. It was Wonderful to come “home” to a quiet, clean, friendly and efficiently run Hotel! The staff was courteous, friendly and exceptional! Especially Cal!! The restaurant was under renovation at the time of our visit, but the service did not falter one bit! The food was hot and the Waitstaff were Great! We would definitely recommend and revisit this Hotel!

There was not one thing we did not like about this property.

The staff were super nice, the rooms where clean and lovely. I wish there were more vegan options for breakfast, like fresh berries and plant milks or plant yogurts. I also think it would have been nice it there was cinnamon powder available for oatmeal. Other than that I really loved everything else.

I wish the ironing board had better padding. It was basically a thin padded fabric on top of an on-even metal which made the ironing very hard. I had to iron a dress for a wedding and it was super difficult.

The room and the hotel were clean. Selen was AWESOME and friendly!

I did not like that the A/C was not turned on in the room already, considering it was a fairly warm day, so when we walked it to the room it was warm and stuffy. I also did not like that the tub and the bathroom sink were stopped up, so not all of us could take a shower on the day we checked in, after driving nine hours to get there.

I the room nothing else

The front desk didn't seem to listen. I want to pay in cash, and they agree let me pay at times check out but when I was checking out they told me, we changed the credit card. I told them no charge card and let me pay in pay cash. After waiting long time a my driver arrived and left

Room was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. I forgot my toothpaste and wanted to order some food. Called down, and boom! Food and toothpaste at my door. Fitness area was great. I didn’t use the lounge/dining area so can’t attest to that. I CAN say though that unless you’re dead tired and don’t want to go out (my case) don’t waste the additional $25 bucks on a meal and water. There’s a $5 delivery charge. Also, don’t be like me and agree to use the wifi for $13 extra bucks. It wasn’t that good and I didn’t really use it. So unless you need it for work, don’t waste your money. It’s like every other hotel… charging you all these extra fees if you cave. Overall though, fantastic!

Extra fees, delivery fee for security to run your food up. Not as close to local restaurants etc as I would’ve liked.

Free coffee in the lobby. They used to have free coffe in the lobby but after the renovation they stopped serving free morning coffee. It may sound like a little thing but was a disappointment finding no free am coffee. Now you have to purchase it at the bar for 3:00$ a cup.

Clean and comfortable. Fast and easy check in.

The price was too high compared to when I have stayed previously. Also, there were wedding parties that continued the celebrations into the rooms until 3:30 and the staff did not do anything to limit the noise.

The hotel, room, staff and service were all amazing. At the end they have been so understanding with my circumstances of checking out earlier and accommodated so thank you!

Room was too small and tight the front desk was great service clean and amazing service we did arrive early then they let us check in that help a lot thank you again.... parking was very nice place free parking

there were 15 of us in for my brothers death. the entire staff kept telling us to have a good time EVEN after I told the registration folks about the funeral. up to include the ng 15 of us in black. sensitivity training is in order
