Baymont by Wyndham Williamsburg

The stay was nice the staff mgr checking behind cleaning staff was good pointed out a few missed items and got them corrected.

I wish the pool inspection was done so we could have been able to use that. The people that we're hanging out around the hotel, one guy on discarded furniture way in the back, and a few people around the backside of the pool area, not sure if staff or guest.

Is this the fanciest place in the world? No but it suits us just fine. The room with the King Bed and the pull out coach is comfortable and spacious for two to three people. The location is close to Williamsburg, it isn't a hard walk to get there. The price of the rooms is excellent. Could the place be cleaner? Maybe but there's an element of "you get what you pay for" and the place has been clean enough for us and we've stayed here 3-4 times now. I have no reservations staying here based on my past visits.

The indoor pool and the surrounding deck are a bit sketchy. They could be a little cleaner.

I love the location and their customer service is great the rooms are very clean and people are very friendly that work there they try to help you in any way they can and answer any questions that you may have a very safe place to walk around at at at night and close to stores and stuff and there's a park I love it stay there A lot of times

I like the location and I like the customer service that's there also it's all so reasonably priced I think it's budget-friendly for me anyhow

The staff was very friendly and the pool was more decent that I expected. I also liked how close we were to Busch Gardens and the Colonial pancake house down the road had the best breakfast ever.

The room were a bit dated, but it was clean and quiet.

Needs some repairs and cosmetic updates but for the price we paid it let my expectations

Patricia the night manager was wonderful. There was a mistake in our booking. She was extremely helpful working the situation out for us.

Clearly the place has seen better days but for the price and proximity to Williamsburg it's worth overlooking.

I liked it because I was able to get a suite at very reseasonalbe price. I always wanted to get a king size bed and sofa in the same room.

I didn't have enough time to enjoy.

The rooms reasonable clean. The tub was slow draining because of hair, the I cleaned out of the drain. Beds were comfortable.

Location, price, comfort, quiet.

Nothing. For the price, it was better than expected. The building just needs a little love.

Bed was made on daily basis. Towels were replaced each day. No breakfast because of coronavirus. Cleaning staff was very accomodating and helpful.
