Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg East (Busch Gardens), VA

I stayed at this hotel so we can go to Busch gardens and it was a nice hotel it was very clean very friendly some staff was absolutely awesome.

I didn't like the attitude that the breakfast attended had because my daughter made a mistake and pulled off the knob to make waffles and made a mess and she just had a attitude about it but other than that the remote didn't work in the room but they fixed that and the pool wasn't clean and in the room with the bed railing supposed to be with sticking out and I hit my ankle twice on it so they need to fix that because somebody can seriously get hurt with a bad railing sticking out like that.

Breakfast and the attendant were great! The night person was great. They were were very helpful with some technology concerns and when my tub wouldn't drain, offered me a room to separate room to shower. The pool opened late because someone forgot to unlock it..no biggie. I didn't like, though the lady who was trying to rush me out with the setbacks that I had of late pool and separate room for shower. Other than that it was nice. I would stay again. I would just encourage that day person to be a little bit more sensitive. Lastly, I CANNOT FORGET THE NICE EVENING PERSON WHO CHECKED ME IN. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I'm sorry I didn't grab names as I don't recall seeing tags.

The location is close to historic Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed many of the facilities. The pool was wonderful, we all found a satisfactory breakfast and two in our party used the gym. A nicely maintained Hotel in keeping with the high standards we come to expect from a Country Inn & Suites property. Our family would definitely stay here again. Booking.com also got us an incredible rate.

The only drawback was that they only had one elevator. As our rooms were on the 3rd floor we were always waiting for an elevator

Everything went well. The staff were amazing; they even offered to assist in areas they did not have to assist me in. The breakfast was good. The hotel smelled cleaned upon entrance. Everything was beautiful and everyone was helpful.

Upon entering, the room was not ready. I had to wait almost an hour to get into my room. The staff were nice, but did not offer any incentives due to having to wait an hour past check in time. Once I got into my room, everything was fine. I will be back.

it was clean! but the most important. was the people who works there and makes your stay very welcome.

we came in a bit late from a 12 hours drive to stay there for 3 nights. receptionist was great. next day tue owner was working the front desk and he was very helpful with addresses, ordering dinner, explaining places to go etc. the place May need a little pick me up in washrooms. but the employees makes every stay so nice. we will come back in the summer time again.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good especially the potatoes. Also the coffee was great. The rooms where sufficient for sleeping after a long day at Busch Gardens.

The beds where a little uncomfortable, need new mattress or something. The parking was a little crowded, and they only had two carts to bring in bags. We never got to use the pool, but it looked nice. Walls are very thin and could hear other guests.

Everything was well organized, the property looks like it has been remodeled, looks nicer on the inside than outside. The breakfast was very nice and the seating. The pool had plenty of seating during our stay and the parking was plentiful.

You asked so here goes. The pool water had a bad taste parking was on a hill and the elevator was slow at times. Nothing to deter a stay their though.

It’s hard to beat the location if you’re interested in doing Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg in the same vacation. It’s so easy to get to both those places. It was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

The parking lot, at least the part on the right side near where you first come in, probably could use repaving. It’s not too bad, but it’s a little bumpy in spots.

One of the breakfast bar ladies was not friendly. Maybe she had personal issues she was dealing with the 2 mornings we went for breakfast. She wasn't very friendly. Small pool for kids could have been cleaned better but overall it was nice

Breakfast was well-stocked and open for a reasonable duration (6:30-9:30) with a decent variety of food (to-go) items. The room was clean and comfortable. Perhaps because we requested a pet-friendly room, it was very close to the lobby and breakfast room, which was a bit noisy time-to-time (breakfast time and check-out time). Also, the hotel was timely in responding to my questions prior to visit. Good communication!

The room was a little too close to the high traffic area (lobby and breakfast room) and got a little noisy and made my nervous dog a little more nervous but other than that, it was a comfortable room. One thing I'd have appreciated to have was a desk chair, I had to do a little bit of work and there was no work chair in the room.
