The location was wonderful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel.

I thought dogs were supposed to stay on the first floor. We were on the third floor, however people had dogs, and they were barking.

They were very kind and helpful, I ended up being a victim of domestic violence while I was there unfortunately and the staff hoped to my rescue quick they made sure me and my children were in a safe place in the back until police came they kept my belongings safe. They gave me my deposit back even though the defender wrecked the room. They called and checked on me via hospital and police. I’ve never felt so much love from any hotel staff best stay I’ve ever had hands down. They are exceptional wonderful kind caring understanding people

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly. The restaurant had great Mexican food; the service was very good too!

The price was above other hotels in Williamsburg. The breakfast in a bag was good, not great.

I liked the close proximity to Busch Gardens. The rooms were in good condition, and for the most part, the staff was very friendly and helpful. A few minor blips, but overall very good.

I didnt really care about the fact that I had to go outside the building and come back in to get to the front lobby/reception. There was a lady at the reception desk during the night shift that responded to my questions with a head shake and a look of disgust when I tried to ask a simple question. Another employee stepped in to answer my question. I feel that being in the business of customer service and being in the position to be the face of a business like this, it is very unprofessional to act and respond this way. Also, both rooms keys deactivated. We had to keep going back to the front desk to get them activated, a bit inconvenient.

The property location was excellent. Jamestown is literally a walk down the block. It is about ten minutes from Busch Gardens!

The bathrooms had black mold in the tile, a stained floor, and brown residue in the caulk at the base of the toilet. The room took two days to air out the damp, musty odor. The bulbs in the bathroom do not match and the walls needed re-papering. At checkout, we were charged an additional $180 for a $30 PER DAY pet fee, which was NOT disclosed to us while comparing rates here on Booking.com. We will not select this hotel for our trip next year, and likely will not use Booking again. A $180 surprise fee would have been nice to have known about while selecting our hotel to begin with!

The breakfast was perfect, hot meat and eggs, pancakes and the usual cerals and juices. The pool was clean, big and towels. parking was adaquate and all around the building. I would stay here again. The staff was courtious and responsive to our needs.

The room door didn't want to close and latch without slaming the door. Because of our schedule I didn't inform the front desk until our departure. The back hall carpet could stand to be replaced/cleaned.

Location was definitely hard to beat! We walked to Colonial Williamsburg. The staff were also super helpful and kind.

I didn’t like that the side door was never locked - I even came through after 11 pm without a keycard. It made me feel unsafe. The rooms and carpets could use updates - everything seemed very worn. I also saw a huge dead cockroach right past the lobby - I’m glad it was dead but yuck. I let the front desk know immediately.

The staff was great here. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and my room was clean. I like the fact that they had free GOOD coffee in the front lobby, and there was coffeemate creamers to choose from. Not the Grose powder stuff. Having a good Mexican restaurant connection with the hotel was a plus too.

Same breakfast every day.

Fabulous location. You can walk into Williamsburg district in a few minutes. That’s the best thing about the hotel and I would stay there again just for that reason. Also it was a great price. Beds were comfortable. The pool was huge and really great.

I think like many establishments in America, they are having trouble filling all the job positions. Housekeeping was woefully understaffed. be aware the train runs just behind the hotel, but we didn’t find it disruptive.
