Hanoi Sky Hotel

Everything in this place exceeds my expectations! The staffs were approachable and very accommodating, specially Hoang who helped me upgraded my room for free and let me do an early check-in as I was really exhausted during my travel; the location is perfect as you can walk all through the tourist spots and market, lots of places to eat just outside, the bed is very comfy, big and clean, as well as the bathroom. They even have a free coffee in the room! Breakfast buffet is complimentary though I was not really enjoying it that much as they mostly have some oily food, but still good as they offer some fruits. It’s a very good place to stay for a very good price. They also offer an airport pick-up and transfer. I highly recommend this place and we definitely would stay here when we get back to Vietnam.

Second time for us in this hotel . Absolutely love it . Fantastic location, right next to train street and so much good food right on the doorstep. Always someone to open the door into a lovely cool classy lounge area . Lift to all floors. Staff are so polite and friendly . Will definitely be back here , the room is pretty small but enough room with good block out blinds . A wardrobe and little fridge and a safe . Air con and wall mounted fan . . Bathroom again is small but is a really nice space .spotlessly clean.The only thing we both found was the mattress is a little hard , but no mattress is perfect for everyone.

Loved everything

Hanoi Sky is located in a bustling neighbourhood with plenty of eateries and shops right outside the door. Yet the windows in the hotel are completelty sound-proof, so we heard no street noise at all. Our room was very comfortable and super clean and had a fridge and kettle. The very nice bathroom with a rainfall shower had a arge daylight window and lots of hot water. The front desk and other staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. They arranged a private driver to the airport which worked out perfectly for very reasonable cost. The included breakfast was quite good, much better than our previous four hotels in the region.

Staff is just amazing! Very helpful and treated us so well. The bedroom and bath were awesome and we were really comfortable. We also really like the location at the old quarter. Makes it easy to walk to bars restaurants and touristic attractions. We used the airport pick up service from them and it was very convenient and easy. They also had options to book tours that we ended up not using.

Not a lot to put in here. The one thing was the smoke smell from breakfast and the persistent food smell in the elevator. Should probably ventilate these areas a bit better.

I absolutely love the location. Just round the corner from train street and lots of eateries. The area is clean. The room is small but lovely great aircon . Bathroom is small too but well arranged. The bed is super comfy , we slept really well . On the 5th floor and great soundproofing we heard nothing at night . Very polite staff and a nice chic feeling to the entrance. Really love this hotel .

Nothing really , if I were to really look for something, we found the breakfast area a bit small and understaffed . There was no coffee left and most of the hot food was cold . But it may have been a day when some staff called in sick lol. Small things and really would not put us off coming back . Beautiful hotel

Things I like about the Hotel: 1. It is proximate to the old quarters and the train street 2. They serve great breakfast. However, manage your expectations as the food selection can be same or similar from the previous days. 3. The staff are nice and helpful. Months before the stay, they actively communicated with me to ensure a good experience. When we arrived, they helped us carry our luggage. 4. They arrange airport pick up and delivery service upon request.

There was a night where the aircon went off but they helped us fix it the next day

We liked very much the location, just next to train street and walking distance to all atractions în old quartier; the bus that comes from the airport stops at 10 minutes walk ; there are many restaurants on the street of the hotel; we had a room with a small window not facing the main street, so it was quiet. Cleaning was made every day, change of towels, and water provided. Breakfast had good variety of asian and international food; staff very friedly and helpfull .

Bad soundproof; if you have noisy neighbours it's an issue

This was my second stay at Hanoi Sky Hotel in a week. This boutique hotel provided everything I could have wished for. We stayed in a suit on the 7th floor with city view. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to Train Street. We have a passion for "cheap and cheerful" Vietnamese food, and there is an abundance of choice within a very short walk. There is also convenience store, next door!

This was the perfect accommodation for me. Everything was perfect!

Superb in every way. On the pedestrianized street parallel to "Train Street" packed with restaurants of every description and prices, bars, shops, etc. Short walk from the railway station and most sights. Friendly, welcoming, very quiet day and night. Comfortable bed and furniture, working desk and chair, armchair, shower with glass partition so the bathroom floor doesn't get wet. Strong wifi. Comprehensive daily cleaning. Fridge, hairdryer, kettle. Nothing missing!

There was nothing to dislike, except 3-in-1 coffee instead of black. And save on the daily cosmetics. Liquid soap dispensers would be enough and save on plastic.

Nice and clean room, kind and helpful team! Amazing central location you can reach the old town and the lake very easily in a 15 min walk. Breakfast mainly vietnamese with a couple of international items, very tasty!

Nothing big, but the fire alarm rang 2 times, one in the morning and one a 4 in the night and without a specific reason, was not really comfortable especially if you are sleeping. Breakfast better to go a little early cause 30 minutes before ending time there was not much food left.
