Loved the yummy fresh lemon juice for breakfast and the bread is very tasty. The location is top tier, with everything we could ask for walking distance. The staff is SO helpful and kind. Beds are comfy, and the rooms were very clean which was great. Overall excellent value for money.
Breakfast is very basic. It's just fried eggs and toast. Would be better if it included some fruits.

This hotel is extremely good value for money. The room was a reasonable size with a window that opened. The room was clean and serviced daily. Very good wifi in room and cable TV, a fridge, kettle and toiletries. A good breakfast was included in room rate. The owner and reception staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, walking distance to main Hanoi sites and plenty of local cafes surrounding hotel. I had 4 nights there and highly recommend the Hanoi Street Hotel. Great place!

The male staff in the morning shift did wonder to our stay. He's very nice, warm and willing to help all the time. I like the surroundings, you can feel the nostalgic vibes of Old Hanoi. The hotel has an elevator which is convenient for those in the upper floors. Restaurants and shops are all.around tge place.
The supplies like toiletries and tissue paper are very limited. Not enough for the number if guesrs staying in a room. Breakfast is not so good, and not delicious. It is not satisying nor filling.

They have water and coke in the fridge inside the room, but they do not mention that it's not free, although they replace them every day after they are used

Great location amongst all the action. Big comfy rooms. Well managed by a great group of young women and men.
Note for anyone with mobility issues cars cannot access the hotel and a short walk is required to reach the hotel. Staff are very helpful with luggage etc though.

Great location, many good restaurants nearby, close to the most interesting places and bus stops, spacious room.
A little bit of humidity in the room, very basic breakfast (egg and bread) without any vegetables, staff talking through speaker and playing games on the phones very loud during the breakfast.
