Had such a lovely stay at Bella Vista Bellingen, only wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything you could need - towels, utensils, blankets, microwave, hob, fridge stocked with milk/butter/jam etc which went great with the croissants we got from the local market :). The coffee machine and pods were a particularly nice bonus! Bellingen and the surrounding area is just beautiful. Didn’t use the pool area as we were out exploring all day but it looked just as lovely as the rest of the property. Hosts are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again, and certainly do hope to be back to Bellingen one day!

The breakfast was fine if minimal (we supplemented from our own food). The hosts went out of their way to get provisions. The pool was a bonus, laundry facilities excellent. Quiet property, comfortably appointed, very nice outlook.

Quite a way out of town: walkable, but walking both ways would take considerable time. Therefore reliant if not dependant on car. Parking at the property was a little problematic: a sharp (right) turn off a steep incline. Our Nissan SUV took some manoeuvering, especially getting out. Access/parking are limitations. Self-catering was a bit limited, two hotplates and no stove.

Brief visit, booked for convenience to National park. Better to arrive in daylight as it’s quite windy roads. Easy drive back into town to restaurants and local pub. some nice shops too for the daytime. Room was decent, extra bed a little small. Everything you need in the small kitchenette. Owners friendly.

Maybe mention to those in main house that there are people below, so they don’t run around upstairs!

The garden suite had everything we needed. We were only there for one night on our drive from Brisbane to Canberra but would have liked to have stayed longer.

The driveway entrance down to the property is very steep. Do not attempt it if you are in a low profile car! It is safer to park at the top - it's only a short walk down to the property.

Privacy and assistance when I needed it. Also friendly reception. Great pool views to die for Rooms great plenty of space comfortable bed and lounge .Everything you need . Close enough ro town. I left my phone in cab and Emily and her husband helped me recover it with out any hassle. Fully recommend . Didn't give 10 out of 10 because I never do but give ii a 10

the pool and open plan. bedrooms were nice all en-suite.

kitchen lacking in utensils and serving dishes especially over festive season, we had to borrow additional from friends. lack of hot water if you had a bath. or showed in the evening as the water only heated over night.

Bella Vista was perfect for our family group. Every bedroom having an ensuite made it very comfortable. It was a great place to stay for a couple of days and explore Waterfall Way. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We appreciated having a fireplace on the cool nights and there was plenty of firewood supplied.

Very Clean. Very spacious and great bedrooms large queen beds in all 3 with own ensuite. Whole house top floor was ours to use air conditioning fire place fans well equipped kitchen fresh linen and towels.

Thought with looking for last minute emergency accommodation they may had a special rate

Nice outlook from the apartment. Bed was very comfortable. All amenities were in good shape.

Had a little trouble locking the apartment door from the outside. Advertised breakfast was not forthcoming but we contacted the owner and were compensated for that. However, although breakfast items were provided on the second morning of our stay, milk was not, so we had cereal without milk.

We stayed in the garden apartment, which is large,comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The view over the garden and pool is beautiful. It's a lovely place to stay, I just wish we had booked more than one night.
