The location is terrific with cafe, pub, general store, post office, boutique and bottle shop in the same street. Easy access from anywhere in Newcastle. Quiet street and property. Full kitchen, laundry, and the consumables to use in the kitchen and laundry more than one sachet - terrific to do more than one load in the dishwasher, really appreciated. Off street parking provided (at cost). 2 story building with lift provided. Ease of entry with codes provided well prior to check-in.

Unfortunately, the floors had not been cleaned in the apartment from the last guest, which really surprised us as we have stayed in other sites in this group many times previously and they have always been really clean. It must have been an oversight in this instance.

The location in proximity to the buses, light rail and Newcastle interchange is fantastic. Lovely little cafe next door which was great for breakfast and lunch and the pub was only a short walk away for dinner. Lovely apartment and was perfect for our 'girls' time away The staff on reception at their central location was very helpful. Thank you

All good... my only suggestion is to offer different sized pillows. Too high and hard but if a couple of low, softer options were there, it would be perfect.

Great spot for our family of 4- especially having two bathrooms. Very quiet and curtains were far in the morning. Smell was very clean and fresh. Great kitchen with all facilities. Cafe right next door with yummy coffee. Was a half hour walk from the city centre.

Bed was very soft. All food shops close by closed early. Wifi was not very straight forward to connect

Having a few stores and restaurants on the same street was very convenient e.g Post office, bakery, pub on the corner (nice restaurant The Young in the back with playground for kids), cafe downstairs, convenient store. One call and I received code required to enter apartment. Apartment was very suitable for my young ones. Ensuite in the other bedroom. All up, we had a very nice experience staying here.

Beds comfortable, bathrooms great - basic equipment in the kitchen. It's a good space with plenty of light.

The place is surface clean but could do with a deep clean - inches of dust on the ceiling fans need attention. We had a text to say we would get the key code at 2pm but it didn't arrive until we had called - this happened on both stays that were a month apart. - A hassle that is not really necessary

Close to all central Newcastle. Grocer store just across the road. Modern and welcoming location. Cafes and food pubs in extreme proximity. A choice of Parks in close proximity

Cleanliness could have been better, but nothing major. Maybe it was not done 100% since we had arrived to check in but apartment was not ready. Another ambiguous thing was that The fridge would not open /sealed shut once closed until a few minutes passed, every time it was closed!

Roughly 15 mins drive to city center. There were shops just outside the apartment. Park nearby. It would have been good if there were chairs/table on the balcony. Kitchen is well equip.

The surrounding area is industrial. So not much view from the balcony.

loose hand rail towel in main bathroom. Property needs a good spray for cockroaches in Kitchen. Fridge door very difficult to open. Should have a soap and hair product shelf in the shower.

Text said parking was $20. Was verbally told $20. Booked 4 and was charged $100. Someone was Parked in one spot so we couldn't use that at all Have request refund of $25 for the one spot and $5 each for the other 3 and haven't heard back

Contact with property management 3 days prior to arrival telling me my booking had been changed was very challenging, resolved after numerous phone calls ,not so helpful staff Fans need cleaning Need dustpan
