The bed was very plush and comfortable, and the room was a good size. The location was central to everything and close to the train station. The customer service was excellent - security staff were friendly, check in was quick, and when I told the barstaff that the drain in my shower was blocked on my way out for the day it was fixed by the time I got back a few hours later!

My biggest problem here was that the rooms did not include a bar fridge which meant when I went out to dinner with friends I had nowhere to store left overs safely - same when I got take out food as there werent really any good in-house vegan options. The bathrooms are frosted glass boxes which can feel a little... intimate if you have a friend over before heading out but are fine if youre own your own.

Exactly like the photos

Signs in the room displayed the bistro was open during the day however I was turned away when I was hoping to order for an early dinner. It may be worth warning guests about the building being demolished across the road. Jack hammering into concrete with a permit until 1:30am. I asked the workers how long they would be working for and they said the next six months. They started on 21st September 2023. It seems they weren’t working the entire time I stayed - 5 days - but it may be worth checking with the hotel before booking to see if they can find out if your stay may be affected. No kettle or bar fridge in your room

Fabulous location, so easy and central to everything we needed for a weekend escape and show at the State Theatre, as well as all the Sydney galleries and ferry etc.. The bed was super comfy in the Superior King room #7, big room, basic bathroom but very clean. We'll be back again next year for our Sydney escape if the pricing stays as affordable in comparison with other hotels in the area

The traffic noise is out of their control. The windows are double glazed and we stayed at the weekend, so we expected noise from the street and it was all part of the city experience for us. We slept really well so it can't have been too bad! And we normally live in the country,

GOOD: Very good location. It is a few minutes walk from town hall station and you can go easily around sydney. The single room is clean and large enough. There are USB charging port and wireless charging pad near bedside. Complimentary Nescafe coffee is nice. Staffs are very kind and friendly.

NOT GOOD: No elevator there. Note that Check-in counter, the bar counter, is closed between 6AM and 9AM, which means that you cannot leave your baggage in the early morning.

Location was excellent, did not need public transport for anything (except a Zoo visit). The Room was very comfortable especially the bed

The Bathroom worked great as a bathroom had everything we needed except, IT HAS GLASS WALLS. I have a teenage daughter and we had to take turns waiting outside when the other showered. For a couple or single great. But with 3 Beds, there is always going to be someone uncomfortable with a see through wall.

Perfect location, Right on the End of Pitt street mall, so prime location for shopping and to walk almost anywhere, with the train station just up the road, was in prime location. Room and staff were great, was given a great deal for one night considering everywhere else was booked out for the weekend. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was unique, which i kind of liked. they offer free coffee for residents along with plenty of things to do. such as have breakfast/lunch or dinner and wind down in the games room or watch sport on the big screen and have a cold one.

No Comment, was up to standards for me.

Amazing location!! It was smack middle of the city! Also, staff were very friendly and helpful! Everyday there was room service and things were kept very clean. They even had a little complimentary coffee machine outside the room. Would definitely recommend and return! Also, they're next to a Woolies if you need anything :)

Only issue with the place is the bathrooms as the doors are made of frosted glass. Although, you can't see through it, some areas of the glass weren't frosted properly so if someone stood close enough to the door, you would be able to see some details. But apart from that, everything was amazing.

For our purposes the location, being easily accessible from Central Station and close to where our appointments were in Sydney, was just what we needed. Having separate access to the accommodation section was a bonus. The room was large enough and the bathroom was adequate. We were allowed into our room prior to the advised check in time.

At our age a lift would have been good but couldn't be expected in such an old building. A staff person carried our bags up the stairs for us

Hi.. we had a great stay in your boutique hotel.. Very comfortable beds, pillows, ample towels & toiletries supplied... Daily bottled water for guests. Coffee machine downstairs for guests. Perfect CBD location , as well as public transport nearby. Windows double glazed to keep street noise out. Bathroom great even if 15 year old is bashful of frosted glass surrounds... Stairs kept us fit but not suitable for elderly .

No where to hang our towels.. Clean ones left on carpet outside door daily.. maybe not the most hygienic option. Perhaps a CBD visitors map could be supplied.
