Great location and an amazing place to stay. Best place to stay in Sydney. Good choice of food and beverages for breakfast. Rooms were clean and tidy and got house keeping every day with fresh towels and linen guaranteed. Gratitude and thanks go to all of the staff working as they did an amazing job.

One downfall was the lack of information and signage surrounding the bars within the hotel. Some days they weren’t open when they were supposed to and the rooftop bar just has two sofas which are always occupied. The “bar” downstairs is basically a club and you can hardly hear the people next to you. Yes it’s our own personal choice in where we go and where we spend our money but just for next time I would explore the bars and restaurants around the hotel more.

You could not beat the view on the 43rd floor; it was gorgeous! The room was a comfortable size with a cosy king-size bed. The location was brilliant. QVB, tram station, Pitt St Mall, Westfields, and David Jones are all within a hop, skip and jump from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. Customer service - outstanding! All staff were extremely cheerful and happy to help you. Even the cleaners who we saw upon leaving the room to check out were polite and happy. They spoke to us, wishing us a great day, and thanked us for staying with the hotel. This was an experience I had never encountered before; it was a pleasure and great to see employees happy to be working.

Honestly, I couldn't fault anything on this occasion.

Check in was smooth and efficient and our request for interconnecting rooms ( as we are a family) was all ready! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfy beds. The location was great, across the street from the QVB and light rail. Would stay again as seemed to be accomodating and ready for families with interconnecting rooms.

my only ( slight) compliant would be the early closing time of the restaurant / bar. We had just flown in from Europe and even though it was a Friday night, we were surprised that the bar/restaurant closed at 9:30pm. The staff were very helpful though and we ended up getting a couple of cold entrees to share. We could've ordered room service but preferred to be "out" after a long trip to keep us awake a bit longer ...

Property was close to the shops cafe and walking distance to many places in the heart of the city I loved how the shampoo and body wash was neatly stuck on the wall and had pump its environment friendly in a way that you have enough and not small size portioned that many hotels give which is not usually enough but at the end of the day we know they are sample size good enough for the company advertising advantage anyway I loved the Crabtree range and scent I love how everything looks updated it was good enough for a couple wanting to get away the view of my window was beautiful had the town hall view on the 43rd level floor

I only spent one night there the property was beautiful I can’t complain anymore than how much you have to pay for parking paying for parking and staying at the hotel is not fair it should be included in the price if staying I don’t believe it’s fair you have to pay for parking overnight when you are residing in a hotel that should be one less thing to worry about another you have this big hotel and the bathtubs are just right for one person the bathtubs should be bigger in size as you have all this space in the world not make a bigger bathtub space some ppl like to share the bathtub and have nice bath together it was just enough for one to soak after long walk

The location was awesome. It was near to literally everything. Couldn't ask for better location. Other thing is the decor of the room. Attention paid to even the minutest details.

Staff was swamped. We couldn't reach reception multiple times. almost everyday i had to go to reception to bring water myself. Other major thing was no access to terrace and pool facilities. I was really looking forward to swim. This was one of the reasons I booked hilton.

excellent excellent every one of persons I came in contact were fabulous! so sad one person made it sad! on Saturday I was leaving room after resting and listening to my book! The cleaning person knock I got up and put my ear listening plugs between two sweaters the ones you get when you buy your I Phone because she was coming in which is by safe where I always put plugs away so I put then in pile of sweat her on chair and left came back 3 hours latter no ear plugs looked everywhere! call house keeping to ask where they might of put plugs they said they would check one day latter no answer! call the front desk they said there checking will get back no call back I am now in Melbourne for one more week leave on 1 June !! please advise me of how to handle this? The location was superb

Mini bar setup, having to not only pay exorbitant prices but then an extra service fee to have the items delivered to the room. Furthermore, being directed to scan a QR code off the TV which then was an ordeal to work through just for an item that should have been 3 seconds away in the the room mini bar. So Hilton save $$$ on keeping snack items centrally and release on direct demand keeping costs low but charge for the item above expectation, charge for the service to get the item to my room and i need to wait an unlimited period of time for it. Surely this means the competitive room rate accounts for this. But no, it is the other way around. The room rate is not so competitive and the mini bar increases the profits.

Reception staff greeting, location, room. We also liked the cafe for a quick breakfast. Unfortunately only one gluten free option.

Air-conditioning. Throughout the night I had to get up and reset it 4 times both nights. So I did not sleep well, the room got hot, we could not throw doona off and have a top sheet as there wasn't any! So all or nothing. The information on the TV for booking restaurant etc. Absolutely hopeless no one answered for either Glass or Marble Bar. We contacted reception,they booked us in. Marble Bar they advised us they were quite loose and just go there. We did, so disappointed. A place we use to love.
