location is amazing. so easy to get to from Airport. train straight to Wynyard and stroll to hotel. Everything you need. short walk to Queen Victoria Building and Westfields. Vapianos Italian restaurant on ground floor of hotel was amazing. CBD hotel opposite corner. stroll to Darling Harbour. could not Fault. Room was perfect. Shower amazing. complimentary Non alcoholic drinks provided in Mini Bar. couldn’t want for more.

The Grace is gorgeous, historically relevant with an interesting history (check out the panels and photo gallery in hallway behind reception). The beds are to die for, so comfortable. Requires real willpower to get up in the morning! The spacious walk- in shower with 2 shower heads to choose from is amazing. Enjoy the soft patter of ‘rain’ for a gentle start to the day. The entire bathroom is fully refurbished, super clean and modern. The Grace is very centrally located with a 15 min walk getting you to all the key destinations, like the Rocks, Circulair Quay, Opera House, Sydney Moderns, Art Gallery of NSW, Pitt St shopping just to name a few. You will love stating here and I’ll be coming back for sure!

The only thing that could be improved is the hotel’s breakfast. Tried it 1 morning (as it wasn’t included in our room booking) but was not great. More of an old fashioned buffet style one with limited fruit, yoghurt and cereal choice, filtered coffee only (yikes!) and the cooked section was rather greasy. Way too overpriced. We used the cafe next door (T1 Express Cafe) instead the other days, can highly recommend; beautiful cappuccino’s and lattes, amazing granola/ fresh fruit/ yoghurt bowls, 4x types of breads all lovely toasted, and multiple cooked egg selections and even bagels - and all in very generous portions for very reasonable prices!

Bedroom was very comfortable and bed was lovely. Location was great. Very luxurious vibe in the hotel.

One aspect that I was unhappy with was, on our first morning, we went to breakfast 10 minutes late (10:10) as we were still a little jet lagged. We asked if we could eat as the food was still out and hot but the lady said we couldn't as it was closed. We ate at the next door cafe instead and when I went to use the bathroom, the lady in Grace was throwing away all the food in the containers that we could have eaten (and would have, happily, paid for). It felt very inflexible and, worst of all, very wasteful.

The Grace is our 'go-to' hotel is Sydney. We love the old style feel and look of the Hotel. The beds are super comfy, you get your fridge stocked with FREE refreshents each day, and it's in the BEST location, central to eveything. The parking is easily accessable, being underneath the hotel, only thing I'd say is that it's a little exe at $65 dollars a night (it used to be $50) so if you're staying the weekend you need to factor in that you'll be forking out an extra $130 for parking !!

Location is amazing and so reasonably priced. Walking distance to everything - shopping and theatres as well as down to The Rocks / circular quay. The building is gorgeous and the renovated rooms lovely and spacious. Loved the complimentary mini bar drinks - was lovely to come home to a refreshing drink after lots of walking!

Just a few niggles - snacks we left in room thrown out. Tepid shower on final day - water just wouldn’t get hot. No explanation at check in about charges on card including room deposit which was over charged and I had to follow up for a refund. Was resolved quickly but a significant sum taken off credit card and it took a couple of days for refund to show up.

Location was ideal, with convenient car parking. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Great shower (which didn't leak!) with choice of shower heads. Building decor was beautiful. Concierge was helpful with storing our bags after check out.

Expensive (even with Genius discount) and no rooms accommodating more than 2 to keep the cost down, but had to book at short notice, so to be expected. Took a long time to check in. Room lacked natural light with only a small window looking out onto central void, so no city view. Annoying dripping / water pipe noise early morning (room was on 10th floor).

Stunning hotel with beautiful modern rooms. We needed a larger room to accommodate grown children and The Grace had an unusual option of a double and two twins that suited us perfectly. A nice small stocked mini bar, kettle and robes with slippers in the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. There are several options for dining on site. Especially nice was the cafe for breakfast and Pub for lunch/dinner and drinks. Several other options that we didn't have a chance to try as well as plenty near by.

The location is central, near many shopping areas, restaurant, cafe and financial district. Everything you need in Sydney is within the walking distance. The historical building is so majestic and remains its charm from the olden days very well. The room had been newly renovated so it's very clean. The water pressure is just right. The room that we book has ample space for two luggages.

The bed is too springy for my preference but I still manage to have a good night sleep. This might be due to the good quality of bed(springy but not soft at certain area) and most importantly the room is totally dark and it's soundproof. There are threes armchairs in the room so we have plenty of space to relax.
