The Arabella North Coast

The staff at this newly discovered gem were exceptional and the room was very generous with a lovely quiet garden out look. There is a nice pub next door and a shopping hub within close proximity. I find the accommodation in Lismore a bit hit and miss so it was nice to discover this charming hotel close by when I have business in Lismore. They even had plush bathrobes available in the room. Bathroom was an excellent size and the staff super accommodating. I will definitely be back

Nothing, I bought my dinner with me but my only regret is that I didn't get to try the Pub food next door, the menu looked really good. looking forward to going back soon

It was really comfortable, had a nice outlook into the garden, remarkably private given the layout and very well equipped - they supplied all the things you might need but not being with you, including a full bottle of wine in the minibar, a decent size closet and a microwave.

We loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds, as well as our own little deck. The kitchenette facilities were good and the bathroom was large and clean. The kids loved the 'smart' TV too. The pool and surrounding area was beautiful and well-kept, including deck chairs, BBQ and outdoor dining area. The washing machine and dryer were very handy and free to use!

We visit this property every year. The Arabella is impeccable- super clean. The rooms smell great and the bed is heaven. The pool is an oasis and the staff go above and beyond consistently. Everything is so close by and the area is really laid back and lovely. I wish we could have stayed for longer.

Nothing could have been better. This place is literally PERFECT.

Mostly very clean, tidy. Nice setting. Spa bath was very good.

Access to our room was a bit awkward with car park not directly adjacent. A call for housekeeping at 9am when we were still packing and weren’t due to check out till 10am was a bit irritating and unprofessional. Total cost for one night’s stay was a bit steep, given that no breakfast was included.

The room and bathroom were both of very good size with parking right out the front. It was a quiet location, the bed was extremely comfortable and a good shower. The staff we met were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

The welcome at reception was friendly and warm. I had to change my original plans and these were accommodated without a problem. The room was very clean and tidy and very spacious. Parking was right outside my door and the private verandah was a lovely place to relax.

There wasn't anything that I didn't particularly like.

It was lovely to stay at the Arabella, beautiful spa in the room, lovely tropical decor, snuggly bed, everything was nice and clean and so safe! Very nice linen and towels, very helpful staff

The bed pillows were posh but too big for my neck which made it hard to sleep. Also, I was frustrated by the fact there was a smart TV in the room but they didn't offer connection to Net Flicks or anything similar. They only offer wifi to connect to your own account. so there was only last century free to air TV to watch

We stayed in the spa cabin and it was great. Check in and check were super easy and the bed was very comfortable. There is a tavern and Foodworks convenience store within walking distance as well which was so handy. We would stay here again.

The location of Arabella was convenient for us as we were visiting Lismore and Ballina and the surrounding areas. The receptionist, Sarah, was amazing. She sent me a text to tell me that she would be out when we arrived and told me our room number, where she would leave our key and where to park. Our bed was so comfortable...out of this world! Super large queen size. It was raining so we didn't use the pool but others were having fun there. They left Easter eggs with, a wooden bunny attached. Bathroom was huge. Loved the whole experience. Close to the pub and local shops. Definitely would have tried the cafe if we had had more time. And...there were biscuits to enjoy with a cuppa!

Nothing. The place was faultless. The service was terrific. Everything was perfect. The weather was terrible but we knew we had our lovely room to return to after our outings. Thank you, Arabella North Coast. You were a great find for us!
