Location was great for us! The size of the room was excellent. 4 out of 5 nights it was really quite. The view onto the storm water wetlands and Mt Wellington was lovely and contrasted with the entry side which is a Carpark. Shower and hot water all great. Room facilities excellent. And most importantly the Ramen bar downstairs was outstanding. We ate there 5 nights in a row. Delicious soups and reasonably priced. SO GOOD!

It probably needs the entrance area walls of the room painted as it is getting pretty marked. The strong smell of chemicals or air freshener wasn’t great as we are allergic to such. But we had a purifier so were sorted.

Location was great. Everything you need very close by: bottle shop, restaurants, shopping centres with major grocery shops. Was not expecting too much from this property however it did surprise. Although there are busy roads nearby there was surprisingly very little noise outside of peak traffic hours. Rooms were large with plenty of space, sofa, TV, fridge and table and chairs. Exceptionally clean. Beds were ok. Spare blankets, pillows and towels provided. Tea, coffee,kettle and toaster supplied with very clean glasses, cups, crockery & cutlery. Good shower with toiletries supplied. Checking in was a bit confusing, as the hotel is being renovated and there was no distinct signs directing you to the area that was open to check in, which was at the bar but we got there in the end. The rooms are not attached to hotel they are in a separate 2 story complex on the opposite side of the car park.

Location great. Very close to shopping facilities and restaurants. Walking distance to both. Room was nice and clean except for what seemed to be a hair dye stain on the toilet seat. I'd blame a naughty guest for that. Bed was a standard double and ok. Staff were nice and the whole process of check in and out was really easy. Would stay again.

The first thing I liked was the size of the room, not the usual poky, little motel etc room, but on my rough measurement 5 x 10m. There was a large couch, a table for 4 with four chairs in a double room. As well there was a good sized fridge, a microwave, good cupboard, large bathroom and plates, cups, glasses for 4. This is a room meant for 2 people ! The room was in a quiet location and was serviced daily. It even had good toilet paper (apart from 1 roll). The wifi worked well (I have encountered poor or complicated set ups which still didn't work wifi elsewhere on my current trip.) There is a good Japanese Ramen restaurant virtually alongside. There are shopping centres with Woolworths and Coles within 1 or 2 km. There are nearby buses to Hobart if you don't want to drive into Hobart, which is approximately 10 minutes away by car. Kingston beach is nearby. It is a very good room at a good price. I would certainly stay here again.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Extra large room with a good selection of furniture. Great for working remotely as well as for a holiday stay. Comfy bed, good sized wardrobe and refrigerator, microwave and all the cutlery and crockery needed. Very close to shops, eateries and walking tracks and has free parking.

Rooms front onto a parking lot in a small commercial lot. It's a great daytime location, but a bit isolated at night.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Coles and Woolworths. Maxie Coffee is just up the Channel Hwy. We enjoyed being between Porters Bottleshop and Iroyuki Ramen Bar. The room was nice and warm. Lounge was comfortable to sit on, and the bed was great.

Extremely clean. Great size. Awesome location with access to hobart and surrounding areas.

Definitely more of a motel than a hotel. Having to collect a key from a lock box because you're closed on Sun/Mon was strange. Not clear instructions on the actual location of the build and it looks like a motel from the outside rather than the labelled hotel.

Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were really nice. Spacious room and bathroom. Free parking and free wifi. Reasonably quiet. Supermarket and cafes in walking distance. Check out was easy.

No signs indicating where the rooms were and the receptionist didn't bother to explain so we lugged our bags around looking for the rooms which was annoying as we were in a hurry to meet an appointment. Booking confirmation stated that the room had a tumble dryer but it didn't

Huge room, well appointed, clean with good facilities, comfortable large bed and quiet. Wifi free and strong, food was excellent quality and large portions. Centrally located to all I wanted to do with parking outside my room for convenience and conveniently located near shops. Could not fault the place.

Nothing....the whole stay was great from whoa to go.
