The facilities felt fresh and up-to-date - the room was clean, spacious and bright. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner was lovely. I recommend the hotel restaurant, too. There didn't seem to be many restaurants within walking distance, so my friend and I had breakfast there each morning and really enjoyed it.

This wasn't much of a downside for me, but some visitors may want to know in advance that there is no elevator. (The hotel is only two floors.) Parking seemed a little cramped at times.

Friendly staff on arrival and everything was explained well. Our room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided in the rooms. Mini bar stocked with items to purchase. Meal in the restaurant for tea was beautiful and I thought the pricing was reasonable.

The kitchenette has a toaster in the cupboard. It would be ideal to give the option to guests if they have provided their own cereal and bread to have the bowls, plates & cutlery in the room. Because breakfast was so expensive to have room service we out sourced breakfast at a Cafe where it was cheaper.

Great shower. Good sized bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice and bright. Good lighting. While we didn’t use it, having a guest laundry is good.

We had the window open at times. There was a lot of noise from vintage car enthusiasts starting their cars up and idling for ages each morning of our stay. Minor issue I guess.

Room set up was great, nice large room, great heating and fabulous bathroom, We had dinner at the restaurant, food was very good, unfortunately my husband had to wait quite a while for his dinner, but other than that staff were great and very apologetic.

We found the beds to be a little hard for our liking. They were well appointed and large, but would have liked something a little softer. Also heard a lot of road noise during the night.

i booked the room thinking there was a bar and restaurant but it was NOT open AS IT WAS A SATURDAY this was very disappointing as all we wanted was time out not to go anywhere the fact that this is the case should be more advertised :( the place that we went to for tea was lovely maybe we will stay there next time.

Thus is a great motel I would recommend it to everyone. The staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. Especially the lady who served us breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was above expectations.

TV's are great but was unable to view the TV station i wanted to watch this time which is usually always available in the room (free to air, channel 7)

Every time we stay in Bairnsdale, we stay here. I couldn’t fault the room. It’s always clean, the beds are comfy, the parking is close by, and it’s reasonably priced. It is also central to town. Really enjoyed our stay 😊

I was disappointed the bottles of water in the fridge were $4 a bottle. I would of preferred FREE water instead of milk.

I was relieved that the property had a Tesla charger. We would have been in trouble if we couldn’t charge.

Our room was facing the main road and was noisy, especially with the window open. There are quiet rooms. I guess one t just request one, which I did not think of doing.

Loved the modern facilities and the fact that the bathroom had a bath tub. Room was clean and fresh and very roomy. Very handy to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pillows and the size of the breakfast I received. Had a microwave and toaster in the room but no cutlery or plates.
