Lovely warm electric blankets, we jas the family twice. Bedroom we had 3 adults a.d 1 child.and it only cost $40] for all of us for 2. Rights, reality clean,in inviting, wa very friendly reception. FREE WI_ FI .

No Lipton teabags and never enough of these and sugar you need enough tea and coffee travelling over 4hrs each way it's always lovely to arrive and refresh with a nice cup of tea ..Evey motel I've stayed in it's always the same problem, be nice to see regular tea bags _ I find they always have plenty of alcohol in the fridge for people to buy but what about the People who don't drink alcohol and we need to think of our Elders

Exceptionally clean, mini bar, real loose leaf tea, good quality TV with good sound, comfortable mattress, clean bathroom and comfortable lounge, easy access parking.

The pillows let us down and made the night a not very restful one. Three to choose from but high one too high, low one too low and medium too lumpy. Otherwise it would have been perfect. The lighting is a bit dark during the day without using lights. The only other mention would have to be the Saturday night drag racing outside on the main road. Unsure why police would not be on to that quickly, as it was ongoing for more than 3 hours. Not the accommodation's fault of course.

Would highly recommend this motel. It was exceptionally clean and maintained. The grounds were also spotless. Plants watered and maintained. Met by a very pleasant lady at reception and puppy :-) Maybe some motels in the area might care to come and have a look at this motel, to see how it should be done. You should be very proud of this motel.

Exceptional customer service, we were welcomed with friendly staff and a residence pup who stole the heart of my little one. The rooms are unbelievably clean, no dust in site. Mini bar stocked and small little gestures like make up wipes with a dark towel and chocolate in the coffee mugs. Such a cute, very well maintained motel. We will definitely be back on our next adventure to Bairnsdale.

The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully equiped. Had all we need with even fresh tea leaves and a pot, which I loved. Thank you so much

We did some laundry and the machines were located at the back go the Motel in a garden shed. No light and I had to bring a torch to see anything. The shed only housed the washing machine and dryer and so I had to stand in the cold and wet to sort the clothes and transfer them into the dryer. This is the only negative thing at this exceptional motel.

The motel was immaculately presented, so clean and well maintained. The property is beautiful, beds comfortable and easily accessible parking. Bathroom was large and spotlessly clean, our room was also large and spacious.

Unfortunately smokers were smoking outside and we had to walk through their smoke to reach our room and the smoke followed us in... very unpleasant...

Spotlessly clean throughout , thoughtful touches such as packs of biscuits included , good quality towels . Extremely comfortable bed . A very friendly welcome . I appreciated no acceptance of noise after 9pm .

The Colonial rooms are perhaps a little past their best days . The bathrooms could do with refurbishment . A slightly larger walk in shower would be welcome .

The service was outstanding and rooms were very clean. I especially liked the provision of fresh milk and free cookies (which is something not seen much any more). Mini bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Overall, excellent quality motel for a good price.

SKY TV would have been good but not really a fault.

This property deserves its high rating. It is very comfortable and clean and the effort that has gone into making the stay a great one very obvious. The little extras like mints in the room and a caramel artfully placed in the tea cup were appreciated. The host(ess) was a delight. Practically - the property was walking distance to a rather nice RSL for a meal.

There was a little traffic noise early in the evening but we didn’t notice it as the night progressed.

The family suite was large with a lounge, two bedrooms, which were well equipped with USB chargers and wall plugs in the right places. The kitchenette had everything we needed and the hosts were super helpful. My kids reckon this is the best motel we have ever stayed at!
