The host was so accommodating in allowing us to check in early and so understanding when I broke a glass bottle 5 minutes into my stay! The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of towels and other little things we needed. We enjoyed the self-service breakfast room and sunny garden area with picnic tables. A really nice, simple and comfortable country motel. We will stay here again if we come back to Macedon.

The Camp Kitchen was very clean and offered all the creature comforts we were looking for. Our Bathroom was very modern and very clean. We had a very enjoyable time as a family getting out of Melbourne for a few days

People complained about kids using the basketball ring even though it was only 7pm. Maybe it could be moved or some people just need to understand kids need their fun times as well

We thought the motel room was very good, great shower and the breakfast facilities were great. Easy location to get to and we have no complaints. The Staff member we spoke to was very helpful and accomodating

I cannot think of anything I did not like.

2nd time staying and did not disappoint. Great location, remote and peaceful, and close to Gisborne town central. The breakfast area was well stocked and spotless

As we have a small dog, taking her out was on leash only because of being so close to the main road. If the main grass area was gated off it would be perfect, but that is my only negative and not really a negative at all.

The ease of self check-in and check out as well as the clear instructions communicated before and after our stay was very helpful. The breakfast provisions included in the stay was also much appreciated.

lovely gardens, pet friendly and the bathrooms have been renovated well

the communal eating space was pretty shabby, cracked tiles and leaking roof over the table space. Also watched one person put back the bowl and utensils he used into the cupboard for the next person without washing them, gross at all times but while Covid is circulating, unacceptable.

Great no contact covid safe check in and out. HUGE car parks. Massive showers and great clean rooms

The towels were a little small.

Room was clean and well presented, Beds were comfortable, Bathroom clean in 'new like' condition. The location was perfect for us, easy to get to our destination. Value for money.

The water flow from showerhead not able to be adjusted - for a large shower area, the water was like a slow waterfall in one spot. Bar fridge door scraped against carpet.

breakfast room was great and we were able to stay longer in there. really comfortable beds. nice staff and friendly. clean. just needs another PowerPoint for the kettle to get a 10/10.
